    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for facial age simulation based on an age of each facial part and environmental factors, which includes: measuring an age of each facial part on the basis of an input face image; designating a personal environmental factor; transforming an age of each facial part by applying an age transformation model according to the age of each facial part and the environmental factor; reconstructing the image transformed for each facial part; and composing the reconstructed images to generate an age-transformed face.     Abstract: A system for and a method of measuring motions of a thumb and fingers of a user who wears a glove are provided. The method includes attaching first ends of first and second flexible wires to positions of the glove respectively corresponding to middle and proximal phalanxes of each finger, and connecting second ends of the first and second flexible wires to a sensing module so that the first and second flexible wires can move forward and backward while maintaining tension thereof in accordance with a motion of the finger. The method further includes, by the sensing module, measuring moved distances of the first and second flexible wires, such that rotary angles at corresponding joints in the thumb and fingers are calculated based on the measured moved distances.

The cell line is deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection under an accession number of CCTCC No: C2013179. The brain tissue cell line of Carassius auratus gibelio is in good growth state and sensitive to CyHV-2 that is presently hardly cultured with ordinary fish cell lines. After six passages of CyHV-2 in GiCB cells, viral nucleic acid can still be detected and a cytopathic effect is stable. When ultrathin microscopic sections are prepared from cells having the cytopathic effect, considerable mature CyHV-2 virions and their replication process can be observed in GiCB cells. The construction method of the brain tissue cell line of Carassius auratus gibelio of the present invention has high repeatability, scientific and reasonable conditions.
