The electronic device includes a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer sequentially stacked on a substrate and a source electrode, a gate electrode, and a drain electrode arranged on the second semiconductor layer. The electronic device further includes a field plate which is electrically connected to the source electrode and extends towards the drain electrode, wherein the field plate becomes farther away from the substrate as the field plate becomes closer to the drain electrode.

Abstract: The present invention provides an electric vehicle including: a plurality of transmission shafts, wherein each transmission shaft is arranged along a lateral direction of the electric vehicle, the plurality of transmission shafts are spaced along the longitudinal direction of the electric vehicle, and each transmission shaft is used for driving wheels which are coaxially arranged and are located at opposite sides of the vehicle; at least two drive motors each of which is in transmission connection with at least one transmission shaft and is used for driving the at least one transmission shaft; wherein, at least one of the at least two drive motors is a single-shaft drive motor which is in transmission connection with only one transmission shaft to drive the only one transmission shaft. In the present invention, since the number of the drive motors is increased, the drive control of any transmission shaft can be realized.

Abstract: The invention related to a material that can stably hold an imide anion (NH2?) therein even in the atmosphere or in a solvent, and a method for synthesizing the material and a use of the material. A mayenite-type compound into which imide anions are incorporated at a concentration of 1×1018 cm?3 or more are provided. The mayenite-type compound can be produced by heating a mayenite-type compound including electrons or free oxygen ions in a cage thereof, in liquefied ammonia at 450 to 700° C. and at a pressure of 30 to 100 MPa. The compound has properties such that active imide anions can be easily incorporated into the compound and the active imide anions can be easily released in the form of ammonia from the compound, and the compound has chemical stability.

Abstract: A method for making a polyolefin composite separator is disclosed. Methyl methacrylate and ?-(triethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate are polymerized to form a copolymer. The copolymer is dissolved in a first solvent to form a copolymer solution. The copolymer solution is applied to a surface of a polyolefin porous film, and dried to form a gel polymer electrolyte precursor layer on the surface of the polyolefin porous film. The polyolefin porous film having the gel polymer electrolyte precursor layer applied thereon is fumigated in an atmosphere of hydrochloric acid gas. A polyolefin composite separator and a lithium ion battery are also disclosed.

Abstract: Carbon nanotube (CNT) immobilized membranes for harvesting pure water from air include CNTs incorporated into a layer of super-absorbing polymer. The super-absorbing polymer may be cast over a porous substrate. The super-absorbing polymer binds strongly to water and generates water clusters while the CNTs are operable to interrupt the specific water-polymer and water-water interactions to generate more free water which permeates more easily through the membrane. Methods of forming the CNT immobilized membranes are provided. The CNT immobilized membranes disclosed herein exhibit improved water vapor extraction efficiency, water vapor removal and mass transfer coefficient.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of fabricating a graphite sheet, including: polymerizing diamines and a dianhydride to form a polyamic acid. The polyamic acid is solvent casted on a substrate and hot baked to form a polyamic acid film or gel film. The polyimide film is then carbonized and graphitized to form a graphite sheet.
