Abstract: An integrated structure for an optoelectronic device and a method of fabricating an integrated structure for an optoelectronic device. The method comprises the steps of providing a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor, CMOS, backplane comprising a driver circuit for the optoelectronic device; and providing a plurality of optical elements on the CMOS backplane, wherein the plurality of optical elements are based on a material system different from CMOS and are disposed in different device layers; wherein a first bonding dielectric is provided between the CMOS backplane and a first one of the different device layers for monolithic integration; and wherein a second bonding dielectric is provided between respective ones of the different device layers for monolithic integration, the second bonding dielectric being transparent.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a polybenzimidazole-based electrolyte membrane for alkaline water electrolysis, which includes a polybenzimidazole-based polymer, wherein the polybenzimidazole-based polymer is a biaxially oriented film. The polybenzimidazole-based electrolyte membrane for alkaline water electrolysis can reduce the concentration of an alkaline solution by improving the crystallinity of a polybenzimidazole-based polymer to increase the resistance against base, significantly improving the long-term stability of alkaline water electrolysis using a polybenzimidazole-based electrolyte membrane through the improved resistance against base, and by increasing the operation temperature to enhance the catalyst activity.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a dendritic reverse underground mining method for a thin coal seam at an end slope of a strip mine. The method includes the following steps: step S1: using a continuous coal mining machine to excavate a main adit toward a boundary of the strip mine along a seam floor; step S2: excavating secondary adits on two sides of the main adit obliquely in a forward direction of the main adit; step S3: transporting the excavated coal out of the main adit by the self-moving belt conveyors; step S4: after the excavating of a secondary adit of the secondary adits is ended, withdrawing the continuous coal mining machine and the self-moving belt conveyor from the secondary adit, and then excavating subsequent secondary adits of the secondary adits in a similar way; step S5: filling the secondary adits, and filling a goaf of the main adit.

Abstract: Described in certain example embodiments herein are highly sensitive systems and methods of amplifying RNA in a sample. In certain example embodiments, the method includes reverse transcribing one or more strands of template RNA in the sample into a first cDNA strand in the presence of a first primer comprising a unique molecular identifier (UMI), a second primer comprising a T7 promoter sequence, and a reverse transcriptase enzyme; synthesizing a second cDNA strand in the presence of a DNA polymerase to generate double-stranded cDNA; and transcribing the double-stranded cDNA in the presence of a T7 RNA polymerase to generate amplified RNA. The systems and methods described herein allow for amplification from very small amounts of template RNA, in some embodiments, as little as 0.5 picograms.

Abstract: The present specification relates to a device and method for transmitting an uplink control channel in a wireless communication system. Disclosed in the present specification is a method for transmitting a physical uplink control channel by means of a UE, the method including: a step for generating a first HARQ-ACK codebook related to a first PUCCH; a step for generating a second HARQ-ACK codebook related to a second PUCCH; and a step for transmitting simultaneously the first PUCCH and the second PUCCH or one PUCCH among the first PUCCH and the second PUCCH to a base station in one slot on the basis of a plurality of indicators. According to the present embodiments, the sequence for transmitting a plurality of PUCCHs including respectively different HARQ-ACKs in one slot is clarified, and thus the targeted performance of a 5G wireless communication system intended to simultaneously provide various types of traffic (eURLLC, eMBB) can be achieved.
