Abstract: A multi-channel broadcasting system using a digital matrix amplifier performing the setting of respective equipment is provided to control the model equipment through a digital master controller. An 8-channel audio input unit 66 is electrically connected to a digital audio mixer. Sound source equipment connection terminals are electrically connected to the sound equipment. A data converter unit 46 converts each data and a contact point signal. An audio matrix IC 60 outputs an input sound source signal to an arbitrary channel. A pair of audio output terminals transmits the output signal of the audio matrix IC.
Abstract: A propagated control channel signal for use in a shared radio access network is disclosed. The control channel signal comprises common control data for use by mobile terminals authorized to access the shared radio access network and operator-specific data for use by those of the mobile terminals that are associated with a first mobile operator. The common control data may comprise handover-related data for handovers within the shared radio access network and the operator-specific data may comprise handover-related data for handovers from the shared radio access network to an unshared radio access network having overlapping coverage with the shared radio access network. The common control data and the operator-specific data may comprise values for one or more mobile terminal settings, wherein the operator-specific values are for use instead of the common values by those of the mobile terminals that are associated with the first mobile operator.
Abstract: The use of mesembrenone and medicaments and dietary supplements containing mesembrenone. The applicant has surprisingly found that mesembrenone exhibits potent PDE-4 inhibition properties and, in addition to being useful in treating conditions that respond to treatment with a PDE-4 inhibitor, has dual activity on account of its serotonin-uptake inhibition properties. Mesembrenone is extracted and isolated, for example as a pure compound, from plant material of the plant family Mesembryanthemaceae. Preferably a plant or plants from the genus Sceletium, more preferably, Sceletium tortuosum(L) N.E.Br is used.

Abstract: According to the teachings presented herein, a wireless communication device reverts from subscription credentials to temporary access credentials, in response to detecting an access failure. The device uses its temporary access credentials to gain temporary network access, either through a preferred network (e.g., home network) or through any one of one or more non-preferred networks (e.g., visited networks). After gaining temporary access, the device determines whether it needs new subscription credentials and, if so, uses the temporary access to obtain them. Correspondingly, in one or more embodiments, a registration server is configured to support such operations, such as by providing determination of credential validity and/or by redirecting the device to a new home operator for obtaining new subscription credentials.

Abstract: A network node for routing messages in a communications system, includes at least one network interface that communicates messages with a plurality of other network nodes, and a microprocessor that sends and receives messages. The microprocessor transitions from operation in an active-with-peer state to operation in an active-without-peer state in response to detecting that a standby inter-chassis redundancy (ICR) node has become or will become at least partially non-functional as a backup message router for the network node. While operating in the active-with-peer state, the microprocessor responds to a switchover triggering event by switching-over at least part of its message routing responsibility to the standby ICR node. In contrast, while operating in an active-without-peer state, the microprocessor does not switchover routing responsibility to the standby ICR node in response to the switchover triggered event.
