Abstract: A tank for bulk material storage and transport and method for producing same. In an embodiment, a tank is provided that includes a shell having a sidewall, a neck including a first collar, and a tube terminating in a second collar. A frustoconical cap may be secured to the first collar. A substantially conical cap may be secured to the second collar. A liner may be applied to the shell so that the liner substantially covers an interior surface of the sidewall, an interior surface of the neck, at least a portion of the first collar, an interior surface of the tube, and at least a portion of the second collar. Annular thickened segments may be trimmed to prepare the tank for use. The annular thickened segments may be located at an interior joint between the frustoconical cap and the first collar, and/or an interior joint between the substantially conical cap and the second collar. The trimming step may form first and second sealing surfaces of the liner adjacent respectively to the first and second collars.

Abstract: A novel and advantageous packaging system for card packaging system is provided. The card packaging system can hold a card and a promotional item and can display the serial number of the card while keeping the personal identification number for the card hidden. The card packaging system can be easily hung from a merchandise display. The card packaging system may include a card unit comprising a card, a hanger, and a stem, the stem being positioned between the card and the hanger, wherein the card may be separate from the hanger and the stem. The card packaging system may further comprise a case for receiving the card unit, the case including a slot for receiving the stem such that the card is positioned in the case and the hanger extends outwardly from the case.

Abstract: Systems and methods to manage incentive campaigns and automatically approve requests for incentives received from consumers or their proxy based on dynamic parameters defined by an incentive provider are described herein. Users at various levels between an original equipment manufacturer and the consumer may interact and offer input. In various implementations, campaign parameters may be received from an incentive provider and used to initiate and/or otherwise administrate a campaign. Incentive providers may then dynamically modify ongoing campaigns via the system. One or more user interfaces may be generated through which users may interact with the system and visualizations related to a campaign may be presented. Based on the initial or modified parameters for a campaign, the systems and methods described herein may further determine whether to approve, deny, or otherwise respond to requests for incentives received from consumers or their proxy.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, real-time playback modification for activity event playback may be facilitated. In some embodiments, an event list portion and an event playback portion may be provided on a user interface, where the event playback portion is configured to present a playback of events on a location map in accordance with event detection times and a set of event layers for the event playback. While the event playback is occurring, a user selection of events may be obtained via the event list portion of the user interface. While the event playback is occurring, a set of layers for the event playback may be modified based on the user selection. In some embodiments, based on the modification to the set of layers, event layers may be overlaid onto the location map of the event playback portion of the user interface.

Abstract: There is included a method and apparatus comprising computer code configured to cause a processor or processors to perform obtaining a coding tree unit (CTU) from video data, partitioning the CTU by a quadtree structure, partitioning leaf nodes of the partitioned CTU by at least one of a binary tree structure and a ternary tree structure, and signaling a difference, in base 2 logarithm, between at least one value and a size of a sample resulting from at least one of partitioning the CTU by the quadtree structure and partitioning leaf nodes of the partitioned CTU by the at least one of the binary tree structure and the ternary tree structure.

Abstract: A computer-implemented logistics method of arranging delivering of items to recipients situated at different recipient locations, comprising: recording items received at a distribution centre, clustering the records according to location of the recipient, locating a hub position for each cluster, further clustering the, marking the items according to their cluster and delivery order, allowing transfer of the items into the compartments in the delivery order; instructing the agent to deliver the items by providing navigation instructions.

Abstract: Radio communications systems use 100 to 200 satellites in random low-earth orbits distributed over a predetermined range of north and south latitudes. The satellites themselves create a radio route between ground stations via radio links between multiple satellites by virtue of onboard global navigation satellite system circuitry for determining the location of the satellite and route creation circuitry for calculating in real time the direction from the satellite's location at a particular instant to a destination ground station. Directional antennas in the satellites transmit routing radio signals to enhance the probability of reception by other satellites. One embodiment facilitates the creation of satellite-to-satellite links by assigning each satellite a unique identifier, storing orbital information defining the locations of all of the orbiting satellites in the system at any particular time, and including in the radio signal the unique identifier associated with the transmitting satellite.

The DIAMETER AAR command comprise: an attribute value pair (AVP) comprising an MCVideo-identifier identifying an MCVideo service; and a quality of service (QoS) parameter indicating a QoS of the MCVideo service. A Diameter command comprising one or more QoS policies based on the MCVideo-identifier and the QoS parameter is sent to a network function.

Abstract: A system for clamping a bar, as non-exclusive example, a barbell collar, includes a first jaw forming a first portion of a hollow cylinder, a second jaw forming a second portion of the hollow cylinder, a hinge connecting the first jaw and the second jaw, a guide of the first jaw, a first latch element connected to the first jaw opposite the hinge, and a second latch element capable of removably connecting to the first latch element, the second latch element connected to the second jaw opposite the hinge. The first jaw and the second jaw form the hollow cylinder when the first latch element is connected to the second latch element. The system provides may include a weight that is attachable to the second jaw.

Abstract: A surgical tool includes a drive housing, a shaft extending from the drive housing, an end effector at an end of the shaft and having opposing jaws and a cutting element, and an articulable wrist configured to rotate the end effector within a plane. The wrist is articulated via antagonistic translation of a pair of drive members. Various systems are provided for homing one or more drive inputs that cause movement in the wrist and/or the end effector, or for controlling articulation of the drive inputs.

Abstract: The present invention relates in general to the field of water pumps, and more specifically, to an attachment configured to connect to the rear wheel of a motorcycle or motorscooter to provide power to a water pump and a method of pumping water using the attachment. One aspect of the aquacycle pump includes a base plate and a kick-stand support bracket configured to slidably adjust so that the aquacycle pump may be compatible with different sizes of motorcycles or motorscooters. The aquacycle pump may further include a roller that is configured to abut against the rear wheel of the motorcycle or motorscooter. The aquacycle pump may further include a water pump, wherein the water pump is connected to the roller. The aquacycle pump is configured such that as the engine of the motorcycle or motorscooter is started and power is provided to rotate its rear wheel, the abutting roller of the aquacycle pump also rotates.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a produce bag. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a completely recyclable and compostable grocery-type bag for use with produce and other goods. Ideally, the bag is a calendared single-ply paper with heat-sealed seams that is resistant to destruction from moisture. While produce is contemplated, the bag can be used to contain virtually any product. Preferably, such a bag would have a window or an opening so that produce can be viewed and readily identified. The present invention is further directed to a process for creating and filling the above bag. Using a standard printing machine, the adhesive is printed onto the paper in register to desired locations on the paper to form the seams of the bag and, optionally border a window area to be cut out of the paper.

Abstract: A method for controlling automated driving operations of a vehicle includes determining vehicle origin and destination data, and generating a graphical representation of a road network with multiple candidate routes between the vehicle's origin and destination. Road-level data, including speed, turn angle, and/or gradient data, is received for each candidate route, and respective total energy uses are estimated for the vehicle to traverse across the candidate routes. Multiple candidate driving strategies, each having respective speed and acceleration profiles, are determined for the candidate route with the lowest estimated total energy use. An optimal candidate driving strategy is selected through a cost evaluation of the associated speed and acceleration profiles and forward movement simulations of the vehicle over a prediction horizon.

Abstract: A portable drinking vessel assembly removably engages an open end of a bottle neck to enable drinking directly from a bottle while aerating the liquid. The assembly comprises a vessel defined by a side wall, a bottom portion forming a bottom opening, and a top portion forming a top opening. A tapered conduit defined by a wide end and a narrow end integrally joins with the vessel through the wide end, and detachably attaches to the bottle through the narrow end. The liquid is aerated while flowing from narrow end, to wide end, and finally into the vessel. A silicone sleeve having ribs encapsulates a longitudinal portion of the conduit. The ribs engage an inner surface of the bottle neck to create a self-tapping rotatable action in the bottle neck, and a seal against the inner surface of bottle neck. The vessel joins a stand to remain upright.

The rolling basket assembly includes a bracket, a first disk and a second disk rotatably connected to the bracket, a plurality of chain assemblies. Each chain assembly includes a first end connected to the first disk and a second end connected to the second disk and a plurality of links looped around one another and collectively forming each chain assembly. Each link includes a first loop, a second loop that is looped around the first loop, and at least one projection extending outwardly from one of the first loop and the second loop.

A plurality of electrodes acquire biopotential physiological data from the skin of a patient. A controller receives the ultrasound and biopotential physiological data and calculates fetal heart rate (fHR) values, maternal heart rate (mHR) values, and uterine activity (UA) values from the ultrasound and biopotential physiological data.
