Abstract: In a method used for maximizing performance of a storage system, saturation points of the storage system for I/O requests of different types and sizes are identified. Normalized tokens are determined based on the saturation points. Unique numbers of normalized tokens are associated with the I/O requests of different types and sizes. A number of normalized tokens for a queue depth limit of a storage device is determined. From the queue depth limit, normalized tokens are allocated to each node in the storage device. I/O requests are processed according to the allocations of normalized tokens.

Abstract: The present invention relates to efflux inhibitor compounds, compositions, and methods of using the same. More specifically, the instant invention comprises deuterated analogs of elacridar with superior pharmacokinetic properties such that it is now possible to facilitate accumulation and distribution of therapeutic agents to effective levels in cells or compartments protected by efflux transporter proteins such as Breast Cancer Resistance Protein (BCRP) and P-Glycoprotein (P-GP). Such transporter protected compartments include brain, spinal cord, nerves, cerebrospinal fluid, testis, eyeballs, retina, inner ear, placenta, mammary gland, liver, biliary tract, kidney, intestines, lung, adrenal cortex, endometrium, hematopoietic cells, stem cells, and solid tumors. In other embodiments, the present invention comprises methods of using the instant deuterated analogs.
Abstract: Embodiments of a method include connecting an inner end of a base of a fluid coupling assembly to an outer surface of a manifold of a hydraulic fracturing system. The base includes an outer end opposite the inner end and a through-passage extending from the outer end to the inner end. In addition, the method includes inserting a coupling adapter into the through-passage from the outer end to compress the coupling adapter into the through-passage and to position a connection device of the coupling adapter outside of the through-passage at the outer end.

Abstract: In order to decrease the width of threshold voltage distributions of programmed memory cells without unreasonably increasing the time needed to complete programming, a non-volatile memory uses a zone based program speed adjustment. The non-volatile memory starts programming a first set of the non-volatile memory cells until a minimum number of memory cells of the first set of non-volatile memory cells reach a first threshold voltage. In response to the minimum number of memory cells reaching the first threshold voltage, the first set of non-volatile memory cells are categorized into zones/groups based on threshold voltage. The speed of programming is then adjusted differently for each zone/group and programming is completed for the first set of non-volatile memory cells.
Abstract: A system including a picking apparatus including at least two grippers. Each of the at least two grippers is configured to pick a respective individual crop of crops of a plant. The system is configured to move the at least two grippers of the picking apparatus in a rotational path. The system is configured to stop rotation of the picking apparatus when a first gripper of the at least two grippers is moved to a picking position along the rotational path. Abstract: Drug delivery devices and methods of administering drugs to patients are provided. A device includes a reservoir containing a drug. The reservoir is defined by a wall having a water-permeable portion, such that the water-permeable portion permits water to enter the device and contact the drug. A restraining plug closes off an opening of the device such that transient microchannels form between an elastic portion of the device and the restraining plug, upon the generation of a sufficient pressure within the reservoir, to release the drug from the device. Methods of treating patients for neurogenic detrusor overactivity resulting from a spinal cord injury and/or for idiopathic overactive bladder and urinary incontinence are also provided.

A decompression engine is coupled to each compression engine. Each decompression engine is configured to receive compressed syndrome data, decompress the received compressed syndrome data, and route the decompressed syndrome data to a decoder block.

The system further includes a wheel speed sensor for generating a wheel speed signal associated with a velocity of the vehicle. The system further includes a gyroscope for generating a gyro signal associated with a measured yaw rate. The system further includes a computer having a processor and a computer readable medium. The processor is programmed to determine a gyro drift and a corrected yaw rate while the vehicle is in motion, with the gyro drift and the corrected yaw rate being based on at least the radar heading, the doppler effect, and the velocity of the vehicle, and the measured yaw rate.

Abstract: The reduction in the sol-gel temperature of aqueous poloxamer surfactant compositions by the addition of hydrophobic vicinal diols is provided. Lowering of the sol-gel temperature and the gelling efficiency of water-soluble poloxamer block copolymers of polyethylene oxide-b-polypropylene oxide-b-polyethylene oxide has been markedly improved by the addition of small amounts of at least one hydrophobic vicinal diol, such as monoalkyl glycols, monoalkyl glycerols, or monoacyl glycerols. The decrease in the sol-gel temperature facilitates gel formation, and such gels exhibit greater residence time on a surface, particularly those with biological properties.

Abstract: Water or wastewater filtration systems and processes have a filter tank having a floor and sidewall defining a filtration zone, an influent conduit, and an effluent conduit. One or more filtration members in the tank having filter media, and one or more cleaning members adjacent at least some portions of the filter media. Generating an effluent stream by generating a pressure differential across submerged portions of the filtration media, causing water in the influent to flow from outside to inside the submerged portions of the filter media. A prime mover rotates the filtration members. A blower and chamber for creating a reduced pressure condition in each of the cleaning members when they are non-submerged, the chamber receiving wet solids removed from non-submerged, wet solids-laden portions of the filter media by the non-submerged cleaning members subsequent to submerged, fouled portions of the filter media being rotated out of the filtration zone.
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture are disclosed. In one example, an apparatus includes at least one memory, instructions, and processor circuitry. The processor circuitry at least executes or instantiates the instructions to receive a group of indicators from a campaign attack, then query an indicator database with an indicator from the group of indicators, and then predict an identification of the campaign attack in response to the indicator having a current deterministic indicator and confidence scoring (DISC) score in the indicator database, wherein the DISC score represents at least one of a lethality component, a determinism component, or a confidence component of the indicator.
