  • Patent number: 12094241
Abstract: A system and method generate an alternating current (AC) input signal by a digitally controlled resonant drive circuit. The method includes driving a face tracking sensor with the input signal. An output signal is received from the face tracking sensor and an amplitude of the output signal is compared to a target amplitude. A duty cycle of the resonant drive circuit is modified based on the comparison to control the amplitude of the output signal about the target amplitude.

  • Patent number: 12092147
Abstract: A precision adjustable length rod end assembly is disclosed and provides a fastener for mechanical assemblies that eliminates the need for a separate secondary locking device. The device includes a connecting rod, an end connector or rod end, and a lock nut assembly. The end connector threadably engages the connecting rod. The lock nut assembly engages both the end connector and the connecting rod. The threaded engagement between the end connector and the connecting rod enables the rod-end assembly to be adjusted to a precise working length (e.g., as measured along the central longitudinal axis). The lock nut assembly maintains the precision-adjusted working length of the rod-end assembly even when the rod-end assembly is exposed to harsh operating conditions, such as exposure to extreme vibrations.

  • Patent number: 12093503
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may identify one or more account identifiers associated with a user account and corresponding to one or more account types. The system may determine an action to perform if account information associated with the user account or with a particular account identifier satisfies a condition. The system may transmit, to a user device, user interface (UI) data associated with an icon-based UI element. The UI data indicates a rectangular-shaped element, of the icon-based UI element, associated with the particular account identifier, and an interactable icon, of the icon-based UI element, positioned within a bottom portion of the rectangular-shaped element. The interactable icon is representative of the action. The system may include receiving, from the user device, interaction data indicating an interaction, by a user of the user device, with the interactable icon. The system may perform the action based on receiving the interaction data.

  • Patent number: 12096154
Abstract: A system provides automated transitions between presenters of a communication session. During a meeting, a system can provide a user interface that includes a primary presenter region configured to display a rendering of a presenter and the presenter's shared content. The user interface can also provide an audience region, which may include a number of individual video streams of audience members arranged in virtual environment. When the system determines that an individual audience member raises their hand, the system generates a graphical notification indicating that the person raised their hand. The system can also automatically add that individual audience member to a presenter queue. When the first presenter completes their presentation, the system can automatically transition the user listed in the presenter queue to the primary presenter region or a secondary presenter region. The system can also automatically change permissions for users that initiate a transition to a presenter role.

  • Patent number: 12093165
Abstract: Automated root cause identification using data flow analysis of plural execution traces. A computer system generates data flow dependency graphs from first and second execution traces an entity. These graphs represent input/output data flows of corresponding executions of the entity. The computer system generates topological sortings of those graphs and identifies output pairings across these graphs based on outputs having common labels and topological correspondence. The computer system identifies output pairing(s) that are mismatched as having different values and, for at least one mismatched output pairing, traverses the graphs in order to identify input pairing(s) that are topological root(s) to the mismatched output pairing(s) and that are causal to the mismatch(es). Each input pairing comprises inputs that have a common label, a common topological correspondence, and mismatched values.

  • Patent number: 12094204
Abstract: A system including at least one aerially mounted camera and at least one processor performs a method for selecting a location to place a virtual tripwire onto grid points of a geocoordinate grid. The processor(s) directs a camera to capture a series of images within the camera's field of view. The processor(s) identifies one or more objects of interest within the images and determines movements of the objects through the series of images. The processor(s) identifies directions of travel of the objects of interest. The processor(s) further determines a vector of direction of travel for each object of interest on the grid. The processor(s) then determines at least one candidate location for placement of the virtual tripwire and automatically selects a location for placement of the virtual tripwire based at least on the vector of direction of travel for an object of interest.

  • Patent number: 12094452
Abstract: Methods for automatically evaluating ASR outputs and providing annotations, including corrections, on the transcriptions—in order to improve recognition—may be based on an analysis of sessions of user voice queries, utilizing time-ordered ASR transcriptions of user voice queries (i.e., user utterances). This utterance-based approach may involve extracting both session-level and query-level characteristics from a voice query sessions and identifying patterns of query reformulation in order to detect erroneous transcriptions and automatically determine an appropriate correction. Alternative, or in addition, ASR outputs may be evaluated based on user behavior. The outcomes may be classified as positive or negative. An ASR transcription may be labeled using the description of the outcome. The labeled transcription may be used as training data to train a model to output improved transcriptions of voice queries.

  • Patent number: 12093568
Abstract: A storage command is received that is directed to a distributed storage system. Based on the storage command, a metadata update is targeted to a logical block address of metadata storage of the distributed storage system. The metadata update includes a chunk of metadata that is smaller than a block addressed by the logical block address. An atomic write command is sent to a block device interface. The command includes the chunk of metadata, the logical block address, and an offset within the block defining where the chunk of metadata is to be stored. Via the block device interface, the atomic write command is stored in a non-volatile buffer that has faster performance than the metadata storage. The chunk of metadata of the atomic write command is written from the non-volatile buffer to the block in the metadata storage via a background process using an atomic read-modify-write command.
