Abstract: The present disclosure provides method and apparatus for responding in a voice conversation by an electronic conversational agent. A voice input may be received in an audio upstream. In response to the voice input, a primary response and at least one supplementary response may be generated. A primary voice output may be generated based on the primary response. At least one supplementary voice output may be generated based on the at least one supplementary response. The primary voice output and the at least one supplementary voice output may be provided in an audio downstream, wherein the at least one supplementary voice output is provided during a time period adjacent to the primary voice output in the audio downstream.

Abstract: A server chassis can include a first pair of connectors on a rear side of the server chassis arranged to face in a rear direction to engage with connectors of a server rack. Upon engaging of the connectors, the server chassis fluidly connects to a supply line and a return line of the server rack. The server chassis includes a second pair of connectors on a front side of the server chassis, to fluidly connect to a cooling system of a server node housed within the server chassis. The second pair of connectors are held to the server chassis with one or more movable attachments that enable coupling and decoupling of the second pair of connectors to the cooling system of the server node. Fluid channels fluidly connect the first pair of connectors to the second pair of fluid connectors.
Abstract: Wireless device for use with a second wireless device in a communication network to: detect the unique identifier broadcast from the second wireless device; determine a distance from the second wireless device based on the unique identifier broadcast; and instruct the indicator to provide an alert when the distance from the second wireless device is less than a predetermined distance threshold for a predetermined period of time.
Abstract: Techniques are described for orchestrating a cohort deployment in a computing network comprising a plurality of computing nodes implementing a virtualized computing network managed by an orchestrator. The cohort deployment is managed by a deployment broker configured to coordinate the cohort deployment. The cohort deployment includes multiple deployments, where the cohort deployment comprises a parent deployment and a spawned deployment that includes a dependency on the parent deployment.

Abstract: A system and method include receiving target image data associated with a target coating. A feature extraction analysis process is applied to the target image data to determine a target image feature. The feature extraction analysis process includes dividing the target image into sub-images which contains a plurality of target pixels. A machine learning model identifies one or more types of flakes present in the target coating using target pixel features.
Abstract: Systems and methods create new viewership estimates to drive linear ad schedule optimizations. The systems use machine learning techniques to predict granular-level television viewership metrics for any consumer segment measurable at a national level. The systems provide capabilities beyond merely estimating and forecasting television viewership for age- and gender-based demographic segments. The systems accurately estimate viewership for any consumer segment, including behavioral, demographic, and other segmentation techniques and provide reliable viewership predictions. The systems model viewership by training an ensemble of machine learning models using historical consumer segments data and TV viewership data.
Abstract: Methods, systems, and media for synchronizing video streams are provided. In some embodiments, the method comprises: identifying a target video stream and a reference video stream, wherein the target video stream and the reference video stream are two different broadcasts of a program; generating, for the target video stream, a sequence of fingerprints; determining a time shift at which the sequence of fingerprints appears within the reference video stream; determining whether the target video stream is synchronized with the reference video stream by determining whether the time shift exceeds a predetermined threshold; and, in response to determining that the target video stream is not synchronized with the reference video stream, causing an electronic programming guide that includes an indication of the target video stream to be modified based on the time shift.
Abstract: Data associated a plurality of user interface elements may be retrieved from at least one database associated with a service business, such as a casino. At a first time, a first indication to turn on a first subset of the plurality of user interface elements may be received. The user interface elements may include content management, task management, property management, action management, player profiling, comp management, player development, asset tagging and flagging, profitability and comparative analysis, etc. Each of the first subset of user interface elements may be populated with the respective data associated that user interface element.
Abstract: An IoT/M2M service layer may be provided with the capability to protect user privacy. This functionality may allow the IoT/M2M service layer to anonymize user data, particularly when user data is shared with third party consumers. A privacy policy service may enable the IoT service layer system to generate anonymization (e.g., privacy) policies based on inputs such as legal obligations, subscriber privacy preferences, and an authorization level of the data consumer. Data anonymization policies may be output from the privacy policy service and may be sent to a data anonymization service, where raw data may be anonymized based on the one or more data anonymization policies. The output from the data anonymization service function may be a privatized (e.g., anonymized) version of data that may prevent the data consumer from discovering one or more identifying characteristics of a user.

Abstract: A virtual remote display screen of an application executing on a hardware device is synchronized with a physical remote input device to allow a user to record information regarding human behavior for a program. The synchronization allows the information regarding human behavior to be recorded during a session by using either the virtual remote display screen or the physical remote input device, or a combination of both the virtual remote display screen and the physical remote input device.
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for using feature descriptors to track objects depicted in images. One of the methods includes receiving hue, saturation, value data for an image and data that indicates an object detected in the image, generating a feature descriptor that includes hue data and saturation data, determining, for each of two or more tracked objects that each have a historical feature descriptor that includes historical hue data and historical saturation data, a distance between (i) the respective historical feature descriptor and (ii) the feature descriptor, associating the feature descriptor for the object with a tracked object from the two or more tracked objects, and tracking the tracked object in one or more images from a video sequence using the feature descriptor and the historical feature descriptor.
