The first indicator has a first state when the threshold condition is not satisfied and the first indicator has a second state when the threshold condition is satisfied, and the first indicator is coupled to the controller so that the controller is responsive to a change of the state of the first indicator, and wherein the controller is adapted to provide information for display that is indicative of the state of the first indicator.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to optical devices and systems, specifically those related to light detection and ranging (LIDAR) systems. An example device includes a shaft defining a rotational axis. The shaft includes a first material having a first coefficient of thermal expansion. The device also includes a rotatable mirror disposed about the shaft. The rotatable mirror includes a multi-sided structure having an exterior surface and an interior surface. The multi-sided structure includes a second material having a second coefficient of thermal expansion. The second coefficient of thermal expansion is different from the first coefficient of thermal expansion. The multi-sided structure also includes a plurality of reflective surfaces disposed on the exterior surface of the multi-sided structure. The multi-sided structure yet further includes one or more support members coupled to the interior surface and the shaft.

Abstract: Implementations relate to generating standardized metrics from device specific metrics that are generated during an interaction between a user and an automated assistant. The metrics indicate events that occurred while processing an interaction of a user with the automated assistant and are specific to the particular configuration of the device with which the user is interacting. Conversion mappings are determined based on device characteristics that can be utilized to convert the device metrics into standardized metrics. Analysis metrics are generated based on the standardized metrics that are incapable of being generated from the device metrics. Some implementations include visually rendering the analysis metrics such that one or more of the analysis metrics are rendered more prominently than other metrics.

Abstract: Methods, systems and computer readable media for color management are described. In some implementations, the method can include accessing one or more buildup curves associated with a combination of a substrate, one or more colorants and a colorant dispenser. The method can also include accessing a design file specifying a design and including one or more layer files each specifying a layer color. The method can further include generating, for each layer color, a corresponding colorization recipe based on the one or more buildup curves. The method can also include creating a production job instruction/metadata file having a link to the design instruction/metadata file and including parameters associated with the colorant dispensing job to be carried out using the design instruction/metadata file.

Abstract: A clip preform includes a die contact portion and an aligner structure. An intermediate portion connects the die contact portion to a lead contact portion in the aligner structure. The die contact portion is configured to contact a semiconductor die. The aligner structure is configured to attach the lead contact portion to a lead post. The die contact portion, the intermediate portion, and the aligner structure form a structure of a primary clip for connecting the semiconductor die to the lead post. The clip preform is severable by removing parts of the die contact portion and the intermediate portion of the clip preform to form a secondary clip for connecting the semiconductor die to the lead post. The aligner structure, a remaining part of the die contact portion, and a remaining part of the intermediate portion of the clip preform form a structure of the secondary clip.

Abstract: A system includes a memory device and a processing device, operatively coupled to the memory device, to obtain a set of predicted behavior data including data indicative of one or more predicted object behaviors for one or more respective objects in an environment of an autonomous vehicle, obtain a set of observed behavior data including data indicative of one or more observed object behaviors of the one or more objects, determine, based on a comparison of the set of predicted behavior data and the set of observed behavior data, whether a set of incorrect object behavior predictions exists within the set of predicted behavior data, and upon determining that the set of incorrect object behavior predictions exists, initiate, based on at least a generated subset of the set of incorrect object behavior predictions, one or more operations to address the set of incorrect object behavior predictions.

The luminous bottle may include a base portion including a recessed portion, a luminous pad configured to adhere to a surface of the luminous bottle and configured to output light, an ornamental component attachable to the bottle and configured to secure onto the luminous pad, and a power compartment configured to secure within the recessed portion of the base portion. The power compartment may include a switch, which, when activated, may cause the luminous pad to emit light.

In some aspects, methods and systems are provided and can include specifying a quantum size indicating how much of a link of a stream is available for use, adding the quantum size to a deficit counter indicating available bandwidth, determining whether to provide a first data packet to an autonomous vehicle system based on the deficit counter and without determining a data packet size of the first data packet, and providing the first data packet to the autonomous vehicle system based on the determining of whether to provide the first data packet to the autonomous vehicle system.

Abstract: An autonomous vehicle (AV) maintenance system engages a user of an AV to assist in maintenance tasks. A sensor interface receives data captured by a sensor of the AV. An issue detector processes the sensor data to detect an issue in the AV. A user interface module instructs a user to perform a maintenance task addressing the detected issue. A verification module verifies that the user successfully completed the maintenance task.

Abstract: The technology provides an interior camera sensing system for self-driving vehicles. The sensor system includes image sensors and infrared illuminators to see the vehicle's cabin and storage areas in all ambient lighting conditions. The system can monitor the vehicle for safety purposes, to detect the cleanliness of the cabin and storage areas, as well as to detect whether packages or other objects have been inadvertently left in the vehicle. The cameras are arranged to focus on selected regions in the vehicle cabin and the system carries out certain actions in response to information evaluated for those regions. The interior space is divided into multiple zones assigned different coverage priorities. Regardless of elude size or configuration, certain actions are performed according to various ride checklists and the imagery detected by the interior cameras. The checklists include pre-ride, mid-ride, and post-ride checklists.
