    Abstract: The invention is directed towards enhanced systems and methods for employing a pulsed photon (or EM energy) source, such as but not limited to a laser, to electrically couple, bond, and/or affix the electrical contacts of a semiconductor device to the electrical contacts of another semiconductor devices. Full or partial rows of LEDs are electrically coupled, bonded, and/or affixed to a backplane of a display device. The LEDs may be ?LEDs. The pulsed photon source is employed to irradiate the LEDs with scanning photon pulses. The EM radiation is absorbed by either the surfaces, bulk, substrate, the electrical contacts of the LED, and/or electrical contacts of the backplane to generate thermal energy that induces the bonding between the electrical contacts of the LEDs' electrical contacts and backplane's electrical contacts. The temporal and spatial profiles of the photon pulses, as well as a pulsing frequency and a scanning frequency of the photon source, are selected to control for adverse thermal effects.

The first major surface having the continuous layer of liquid metal composition is contacted with a second major surface to form a continuous interfacial layer between the solid-state electrolyte and the solid electrode. Solid-state electrochemical cells formed by such methods are also provided, where the metal composition comprising gallium is a liquid in a temperature range of greater than or equal to about 20° C. to less than or equal to about 30° C.

Scenic points may be identified based at least in part upon historical driver telemetry data and POI data. For instance, if historical telemetry data indicates that a large number of drivers stop briefly at a location not known to be near a POI, that location may be a scenic location (e.g., a location where drivers frequently leave their vehicles to take photos). Additionally, safe parking locations near each scenic point may be identified based at least in part upon historical vehicle damage data, and navigation directions to safe parking locations may be provided.

Methods can also include iteratively voxelizing each 2D histogram into predetermined mesh sizes, summating points in each voxelized 2D histogram, removing, based on determining the summation is below a predetermined sum value, points from the point cloud data, keeping, based on determining that a number of points in each voxelized 2D histogram exceeds a threshold value, a center point, selecting, for each histogram, a point, identifying, nearest neighbors in the point cloud data, removing the identified nearest neighbors from the data, and returning remaining points.

Access capability exercise sufficiency determination may be based on fixed, statistical, or learned time period thresholds or activity level thresholds, or on a combination thereof using confidence levels. Thresholds are compared to a detected time period value or a detected activity level value that is derived from the access attempt data, to determine exercise sufficiency.
