The operations further include generating a revised description of the electromagnetic device by updating the structural parameters to reduce the loss value.

This “low-rise” secondary container, in certain embodiments, cooperates with the primary container to create a hermetically sealed interstitial space encompassing the bottom of the primary container, including the lower portion of the upright containment wall and the container bottom. In alternative embodiments, the secondary container is a subassembly forming an interstitial space and joined as a subassembly to the primary container. More particularly, the upper end of the interstitial space may be below pipe or other conduit penetrations through the sidewall of the primary container. At the same time, any leak which may develop over the service life of the containment sump would be contained and detected within the bottom of the primary and/or secondary containers.

Methods for forming scrub-resistant ink compositions may include providing a marking effective amount of a dye suitable for use in marking skin; and mixing the dye with a first solvent comprising 0.1% to 90% of a polar aprotic solvent. Methods of marking patients may include applying an ink as recited above to a body part of the patient.

    Abstract: The vehicle mounted perception sensor gathers environment perception data from a scene using first and second heterogeneous (different modality) sensors, at least one of the heterogeneous sensors is directable to a predetermined region of interest. A perception processor receives the environment perception data and performs object recognition to identify objects each with a computed confidence score. The processor assesses the confidence score vis-à-vis a predetermined threshold, and based on that assessment, generates an attention signal to redirect the one of the heterogeneous sensors to a region of interest identified by the other heterogeneous sensor. In this way information from one sensor primes the other sensor to increase accuracy and provide deeper knowledge about the scene and thus do a better job of object tracking in vehicular applications.

Directional antennas in the satellites transmit routing radio signals to enhance the probability of reception by other satellites. One embodiment facilitates the creation of satellite-to-satellite links by assigning each satellite a unique identifier, storing orbital information defining the locations of all of the orbiting satellites in the system at any particular time, and including in the radio signal the unique identifier associated with the transmitting satellite.
