    Abstract: An intracardiac suture device comprises: a first shaft assembly 1 including a first shaft 11 and a first suture needle-holding means 4 provided at a distal end of the first shaft 11; a second shaft assembly 2 comprising a second shaft 21; a third shaft assembly 3 comprising a third shaft 31 and a handling portion 33; and a puncture assembly 5 provided at a proximal end thereof with a second suture needle-holding means 51. The second shaft 21 is protrusible by sliding-movement from the distal end of the first shaft 11 toward the first suture needle-holding means 4, and a suture needle 6 is transferable between the first suture needle-holding means 4 and the second suture needle-holding means 51 when the third shaft 31 is slid to the distal end of the second shaft 21 after sliding the second shaft 21 to a position where a suture site is held between the second shaft 21 and the first suture needle-holding means 4.

The membrane is composed of at least one non-woven fabric layer made of collagen fibers, or a laminated membranous substance consisting of at least one non-woven fabric layer made of collagen fibers and at least one sponge layer made of collagen, and a coating layer of gelatin or hyaluronic acid on the surface or surfaces of the above membrane. Preferably, the membrane comprises one to six compressed cross-linked collagen non-woven fabric layers wherein a layer has a fibers having a fiber diameter of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm, a bulk density of 5.0×10?4 to 5 g/cm3 and a thickness of 0.1 mm to 50 mm, and a coating layer containing gelatin or hyaluronic acid and having a thickness of 0.05 mm to 20 mm, wherein the coating layer covers one or both sides or a part or whole of the surface of the membrane.

    Abstract: An injector for liquid medicine comprises a cylindrical body 1, first and second gasket 2, 3 contained in a lumen of cylindrical body 1. The cylindrical body 1 is provided with a fluid inlet 13 and a fluid outlet 14 in opposite sides of the cylindrical body 1 with respect to the longitudinal axis thereof. Second gasket 3 is spaced from the first gasket 2 to form a fluid chamber 4 between them. The first gasket 2 is adapted to be moved by sliding along the inner wall of the cylindrical body 1 from a first position to the distal end 11 of cylindrical body 1 via a second position. The fluid inlet 13 is opened at a position closer to the distal end 11 of the cylindrical body 1 than the outlet 14 is. The first gasket 2 is stopped at a second position where the fluid chamber 4 is communicated with the fluid outlet 14 but prevented from fluid-communication with the fluid inlet 13.

On the other hand, the epithelium sheet is prepared by culturing and stratifying the umbilical cord epithelium cells.
