    Abstract: A blood circuit connector includes: a main body having a cylindrical shape and provided with a first opening end and a second opening end; a plug having a bottomed cylindrical shape and detachably attached to the first opening end; and a connection part configured to connect the main body and the plug. The plug includes a side wall loosely fitted to an outer circumferential surface of the first opening end. The connection part includes a curved part expanding in a direction away from the main body. In a state where the plug is attached to the first opening, the curved part is pushed in a direction approaching the outer circumferential surface of the main body such that the curved part extends, thereby cancelling a loosely fitted state between the side wall and the outer circumferential surface, so as to remove the plug from the first opening end.

The electrocardiograph includes a first differential circuit for obtaining an electrocardiac source signal by taking the difference between signals each obtained from any one of the electrodes of each of two bioelectrode pads; a second differential circuit for obtaining a body motion noise signal by taking the difference between signals obtained from any two of the electrodes of each of said two bioelectrode pads; and a body motion noise removing circuit for removing the low frequency components of the body motion noise signal of each of said two bioelectrode pads from the electrocardiac source signal.

A thermal conductive insulating member is provided between the flow rate sensor and the element holding body in the element holding body and the flow rate sensor is fixed in the element holding body by the insulating member.

The receiving unit outputs a signal corresponding to the condensed reflected light and also measures an echo. The scanning mechanism scans a position of the irradiation light guided on the first part in a two-dimensional manner. The operator detects foreign matter in powder in a container based on at least one of a time waveform signal, a reflection image, a power spectrum, a tomographic image, and a frequency image. The time waveform signal is output from the receiving unit in chronological order.

    Abstract: A triaxial acceleration sensor and a triaxial angular rate sensor are mounted on each of the lower limb portions on both sides of one joint among joints constituting a part of one lower limb of a subject. The acceleration and angular rate of each lower limb portion are measured by the triaxial acceleration sensor and triaxial angular rate sensor while the subject is walking. The orientations of each lower limb portion while walking are calculated on the basis of the measured acceleration and angular rate. A three-dimensional model including the motion trajectory of one joint is constructed by linking the lower limb portions in the calculated orientation to each other. The angle formed by the acceleration vector of one joint when the heel strikes the ground to the movement trajectory in the sagittal plane is calculated as a gait parameter.

The elastically deformed elastic portions elastically energize the second member at the second position to the first position side with respect to the first member.

    Abstract: A puncture needle includes a needle tube 1 provided with a spiral groove 3 and wall surfaces 3a and 3b of the spiral groove 3 serve as a surface for reflecting ultrasonic waves. The spiral groove is formed on the peripheral surface of the needle tube such that a grinding stone 2 is brought into contact with the peripheral surface of the needle tube while the needle tube 1 is being moved in its axial direction and rotated. The wall surfaces of the spiral groove formed on the needle tube serve as a reflection surface to change the orientation of the reflection surface in the axial direction of the needle tube according to change in position of the spiral. Therefore, even if a direction in which an ultrasonic wave is applied to the puncture needle is fixed, any portion of the reflection surface changing in orientation can become a surface for reflecting well ultrasonic waves, so that good ultrasonic waves can be obtained.
