Abstract: The invention provides a disk recorder and player having a disk loading tray capable of mounting both large-diameter and small-diameter disks, wherein especially the small-diameter disk mounted on the disk loading tray is prevented from popping out and slipping into the disk recorder and player. A disk stopper projection composed of a notch portion, a supporting portion and a bent portion is formed near a large-diameter inner wall of the disk loading tray. Thereby, when a small-diameter disk mounted on a predetermined position on the disk loading tray is displaced, the disk stopper projections prevent the disk from falling, so as to prevent malfunction of the disk recorder and player caused by the small-diameter disk falling into the recorder and player.

Abstract: Rectangular positioning lands are formed on a circuit board, and rectangular positioning openings are formed in a metal mask. In addition, the positioning lands and positioning openings are formed such that their long side length becomes identical, and short side of the positioning opening becomes narrower than that of the positioning land. This enables to modify the deviation angle ? between the circuit board and the metal mask, and positional deviation in X and Y directions of the circuit board, during performing test printing, by modifying the position of the metal mask with respect to the circuit board, such that exposed excess parts, on which cream solder is not formed, are formed on the positioning lands, and the excess parts formed upper and lower sides of the cream solder mutually keep a constant spacing to become a same width.

  • Publication number: 20060184957
Abstract: The present invention enables a disk to be reliably and stably sandwiched so as to be centered with respect to a turntable while being prevented from floating. When a disk is sandwiched by placing it on a turntable, a central hole in a lower disk is guided to a positioning step portion along a lower inclined guide surface formed on a cylindrical portion. Here, even if the disk runs onto the horizontal step portion with the central hole in the lower disk failing to be fitted around the positioning step portion, a central hole in an upper disk is guided along an upper inclined guide surface to fit the central hole in the lower disk around the positioning step portion. This allows the lower disk to be centered with respect to the turntable. The disk is thus clamped between a damper and the turntable.
