Abstract: A method for connecting a node of a wireless-communication coverage-extension system is provided. The node determines whether it has been moved out of an initial local area network. In the case where the node has been moved, a local area network is established from the moved node by activating an address server functionality. The moved node is then connected to a point of access to the internet. A secure tunnel is next established between the moved node and a master node coordinating the initial local area network. The address server functionality is then deactivated and a client functionality of an address server of the initial local area network is activated.

Abstract: A method for automatically putting on standby an audio/video decoding system, including: obtaining information representing a program currently being broadcast by the system, referred to as the target program; performing a search for programs similar to the target program in accordance with at least one similarity criterion predefined in a database of information representing programs previously broadcast by the system, the broadcasting having been interrupted by a standby; determining a duration-of-inactivity threshold according to the number of programs similar to the target program; sending a notification intended for a user advising him of the imminent standby of the system if no interaction is noted between the user and system during a period equal to the duration-of-inactivity threshold determined after the end of the target program; and putting the system on standby if no interaction is noted between the user and system during a predefined period after sending of the notification.

Abstract: A method for processing an individual multimedia content by an electronic device, which includes a database containing a user list and a table of recorded individual multimedia contents, a calculation system and a storage system, the method including storing the individual content by allocating a storage space on the storage system; adding an entry relating to the individual multimedia content stored in the table of recorded individual multimedia contents; acquiring the individual multimedia content and writing to memory the individual multimedia content in the allocated storage space, and creating a table of users relating to the stored individual multimedia content, the table of users including, for each user of a sub-set of the list of users contained in the database, a context data. The method also includes performing a method for managing the storage space and/or a method for reading the multimedia content stored in the storage space.

Abstract: A method and device for pairing a terminal with an access point of a wireless communication network, the network including access points or executing access points, the executing access points coordinate in a centralised manner by an access point fulfilling the manager function, or managing access point. The method includes: —a message received from an executing access point including information that a terminal wishes to pair with the access point; —for each executing access point, information is obtained representing at least one time slot wherein the executing access point is authorised to establish a WPS pairing session with the new terminal, each time slot being separate from the other; —a message is sent to each executing access point including at least the information representing the at least one time slot wherein the executing access point is authorised to establish a WPS pairing session with the new terminal.

Abstract: In a secure end-to-end transmission of data between a first device and a second device via a message broker, the following are performed: a sharing of an entropy pool between the first device and the second device via the message broker, by means of signalling messages, any payload of which is encrypted asymmetrically and which comprise a message signature; and a transmission of subsequent messages between the first device and the second device via the message broker, each said subsequent message comprising a header and a payload, the header comprising an identifier of an authentication key obtained from the shared entropy pool and an identifier of a symmetrical encryption key obtained from the shared entropy pool, the payload being encrypted symmetrically by means of the symmetrical encryption key, and the whole formed by the header and the payload being authenticated by means of a message authentication code obtained by means of the authentication key and inserted in the header.

Abstract: To pair a plurality of stations with a wireless access point, the wireless access point establishes a multiple pairing. The wireless access point includes, in broadcast beacon frames, a notification of triggering of multiple pairing, during a declaration period of predefined maximum duration.
