  • Patent number: 7625484
Abstract: A water treatment apparatus has a turbidity meter, which is a detection part, for detecting a generation state of bubbles in a micro/nano bubble generation state confirmation tank, as a turbidity of treatment water. The water treatment apparatus also has a controller, which is a control part, for receiving an signal representing the turbidity of treatment water detected by the turbidity meter, to control openings of air flow control valves in an interlocked manner in response to the signal, so that the amount of air flowing through the control valves is automatically controlled. The openings of the air flow control valves are controlled in an interlocked manner by the controller in such a way that the signal representing turbidity shows that the treatment water within the confirmation tank is whitely turbid (i.e., the turbidity shows not less than a specified value).

  • Patent number: 7626774
Abstract: A camera module of the present invention includes a plurality of projections 61b on a bottom base of a driving section 61 of an AF/Zoom module. The projections 61b are radially extended from an aperture 63 formed on an optical path. By this, adhesive can be spread over the projections 61b when bonding a lens holder and the AF/Zoom module together. Furthermore, even if the adhesive is excessively applied, excessive adhesive can be retained between the projections 61b. As a result, it is possible to realize a solid-state imaging device which makes it possible to improve adhesive strength between the lens holder and the AF/Zoom module and easily bond the lens holder and the AF/Zoom module.

  • Patent number: 7624601
Abstract: A water feeding apparatus (300) has an ion eluter (100) and a shower emitter (200). The shower emitter (200) receives water via a coupling pipe (250) from the ion eluter (100), and sprays the water, in the form of a shower, onto laundry. Liquid droplets in the form of a shower are small and easy to dry, and thus produce crystals having smaller particles (with large surface areas), having more lattice defects, and easier to dissolve. With these crystals attached to the laundry, when the crystals make contact with moisture next time, the silver ion in the liquid droplets easily dissolves. Even when the laundry is made of water-repellent or hydrophobic cloth, the solution dries up on the surface of the cloth before water is repelled. Thus, even this type of laundry can benefit from the antimicrobial effect of the silver ion.

  • Patent number: 7625786
Abstract: Problems in prior art regarding an n-channel TFT in the source/drain gettering method are solved. In the n-channel TFT, its source/drain regions contain only an n-type impurity. Therefore, compared to a p-channel TFT whose source/drain regions contain an n-type impurity and a higher concentration of p-type impurity, the gettering efficiency is inferior in a channel region of the n-channel transistor. Accordingly, the problem of inferior gettering efficiency in the n-channel TFT can be solved by providing at an end of its source/drain regions a highly efficient gettering region that contains an n-type impurity and a p-type impurity both with the concentration of the p-type impurity set higher than the concentration of the n-type impurity.
