A primer for amplifying a disease-resistant SNP locus is designed according to IL-6 gDNA sequence, and S. chuatsi IL-6 gene is amplified to obtain an amplification product which is sequenced, and the SNPs loci relevant to virus disease-resistance are found out and the SNP locus is determined according to DNA peak profile. The IL-6 cDNA full-length sequence and IL-6 gDNA full-length sequence are cloned firstly. The SNP locus relevant to virus disease resistance of S. chuatsi IL-6 gene is detected, thereby providing a new method for breeding of S. chuatsi.

With the picture processing method, requirements for an occupied memory resource are balanced while a picture collection speed and a picture data processing speed are increased.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a waterless fiber dyeing method using supercritical carbon dioxide fluid as a medium. Dry fibers are tightly loaded layer by layer in a porous yarn cage. After dyeing, the fibers are cleaned to remove unfixed dyes by an online way, thereby obtaining waterless dyed dry fiber products with good quality. With the supercritical carbon dioxide dyed by a dye, the invention can not only solve the problems of high energy consumption, high discharge, high pollution in the traditional dyeing process, but also obtain better dyeing effect. The invention has a simple process and convenient operation, which can effectively realize dry dyeing processing. The reaction is mild, avoiding the use of a large amount of water, heat and additives in high concentration, which has the features of being high efficiency and environmentally friendly.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method for rapid gelation of a silk fibroin solution under physiological conditions. The method comprises steps of: (1) weighing NapFF solid powder into a glass vial and adding ultrapure water; (2) adding a NaOH solution, dissolving and heating for 1-2 min at 70° C. to form a transparent solution; (3) slowly adding a HCl solution and stirring until the pH is 7.2-7.5; (4) adding a silk fibroin solution; (5) adding ultrapure water to set the volume to 200 ?L; and (6) standing horizontally, and observing the gelation process by tilting and inverting the glass vial. In the invention a low concentration of silk fibroin solution can be induced to rapidly gelate in a short time. The silk fibroin gel can be degraded by proteolytic hydrolysis in human body, has no toxic side effects, has good biocompatibility, and thus can be used as a good biomaterial.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a waterless fiber dyeing method using a mixed fluid medium, in which supercritical carbon dioxide fluid medium is mixed with steam to form a mixed fluid medium, so that the waterless fiber dyeing effect to natural fibers is improved. The method of the invention can effectively modify the hydrophobic supercritical carbon dioxide fluid medium and improve the polarity thereof, thereby increasing the solubility of polar dye under the dyeing condition and simultaneously expanding the fiber. Thus, the present invention significantly improves the dyeability and dyeing behavior of the hydrophilic fibers in supercritical carbon dioxide fluids. The invention has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation and low energy consumption, and avoids consuming a large amount of water resources and discharging pollutants in the traditional process, and has the characteristics of environmentally friendly and high efficiency.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a 1,8-naphthalimide derivative, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The 1,8-naphthalimide derivative is easy to prepare, and is an enhanced Cu2+ fluorescent probe, which can detect Cu2+ by two wavelengths and be applied to almost-all-water systems. According to atitration experiments and blank experiments at 392 nm and 754 nm, the detection limit of the 1,8-naphthalimide derivative of the present invention for Cu2+ is 2.6368×10?7 mol/L and 2.0156×10?7 mol/L, respectively, indicating that same can perform quantitative detection for Cu2+ with a high selectivity and a high sensitivity by using two wavelengths. In addition, a pH colorimetric switch based on 1,8-naphthalimide can rapidly and reversibly respond to a pH by means of three ways: a maximum absorption wavelength, absorbance and color change. Same has a narrow switching pH range, a good selectivity and a high sensitivity, can be used in almost-all-water systems.
