Abstract: A Method for protecting an application program executable on a computer against reverse engineering, said application is created to run with at least one selected dynamic link library (DLL) on said computer, comprises the steps of: adding a specific library loader to the executable application program, said loader either contains or has access to said dynamic link library; setting modified references to said dynamic link library such that upon loading said application program and said loader into the main memory of said computer, said dynamic link library is initialized by said library loader instead of the operating system; The library loader and the pseudo-statically linked library could be embedded into the application program, thereby using unused space within the application. The protected application presents itself as a monolithic application without the vulnerable interface to a DLL.
Abstract: A mixing and discharging device (1) has a syringe-like container (10), in which a plunger can be moved. A press-out spindle (30) having an external thread (31) interacts with a counterpart (40) by means of a thread engagement. The counterpart comprises one or more thread segments, which can be deflected outward in order to release the thread engagement. A securing element (5) can be slid onto the counterpart (40) in a distal direction in order to prevent a release of the thread engagement. A mixing rod (61) extends through the plunger (20). An operating element (70) is connected to the proximal end of the mixing rod by means of a releasable form closure or force closure. A locking element (80) can be moved between a locking position and a release position. In the locking position, the locking clement prevents a release of the form closure or force closure. Insulating ribs (13) minimise the input of heat into the interior of the container due to touching.
Abstract: A therapeutic system, designed as a laminate and including at least one adhesive laminate layer is described. Also described is a therapeutic device having such a therapeutic system. For this purpose, at least one laminate layer or one intermediate layer and/or one intermediate layer arranged between two laminate layers contains superparamagnetic nanoparticles. The therapeutic device having such a therapeutic system includes at least one electrically controllable system which is detachably connected to the therapeutic system. The electrically controllable system has a frequency-dependent electric resistance. During operation of the therapeutic device, the electrically controllable system generates an electric or magnetic field, which can be varied in orientation and intensity over time and penetrates the superparamagnetic nanoparticles. This provides a controllable therapeutic system that is independent of contact surfaces, and a therapeutic device having such a controllable therapeutic system.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method, a satellite, and a system or an arrangement with at least one satellite for detecting flying objects that are located in the vicinity of a planet, planetoid or similar celestial bodies. The invention further relates to the use thereof for carrying out said method and particularly to a constellation of LEO satellites (LEO=Low Earth Orbit) as an early warning of ballistic missiles, wherein said constellation comprises only satellites on equatorial orbits or orbits with low inclination. Satellite constellations in the low earth orbit (LEO) for missile detection are used for early warning of ballistic missiles, either by detecting the combustion phase of the flying object or by detection during the free-flight phase. The viewing direction of the sensors can be directed directly toward the earth or at an angle past the atmosphere.

Abstract: The invention relates to a transdermal therapeutic system which comprises a backing layer, an adhesive layer, a polymer layer and a removable protective layer. The adhesive layer is an organosiloxane layer and is anchored in the backing layer by siliconization.
Abstract: A package comprises a top-sealed gable-top carton, a flowable substance contained in the carton, and a pour spout fitment (72) openable to pour the substance from the carton, the carton including a top closure including a front roof sub-panel (130) carrying and sealed to the fitment (72), the carton also including a front body sub-panel (140), the boundary zone between the roof sub-panel (130) and the front sub-panel (140) comprising an edge protruding into the front sub-panel 140, and the fitment (72) extending to adjacent to that edge. It is thereby possible to provide on a gable-top carton a pour spout fitment having a greater through-flow cross-sectional area than would be the case if the above-mentioned boundary zone were not to protrude into the front sub-panel.
Abstract: A polymer-based preparation in film form for biphasic release of substances present therein to liquid surroundings, is characterized in that the preparation comprises at least two polymer matrix layers which differ in terms of their construction from polymers, with release taking place rapidly from one of the layers, and release taking place slowly from at least one other layer.
Abstract: A process for treating a patient by medicinal therapy by a film-shaped therapeutic system. The process comprises the steps of applying a film-shaped therapeutic system comprising at least three layers connected with each other onto the oral mucosa of a patient in need of medicinal therapy for a period of up to 24 hours and releasing the active substance with an initial burst dose and a subsequent maintenance dose. The film-shaped therapeutic system comprises at least three layers connected with each other for transmucosal administration of active substances. The system has a layer which is mucoadhesive in an aqueous environment and a backing layer which is at least two-layered. At least one of these layers contains an active substance. The mucoadhesive layer is capable of swelling in an aqueous media, but is insoluble or only poorly soluble in an aqueous media.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a seat for a vehicle, particularly an aircraft, having a visual playback device integrated in a surface of the seat. A base firmly connected to the seat is arranged in the surface of the seat. Said visual playback device is releasably attached to the base by means of a holder adapted to the visual playback device and the base.
Abstract: Topical drugs for treating aphthae, wherein the topical drugs are in the form of a film-shaped dosage form. The topical drugs include a film made of a water-swellable or water-soluble polymer or polymer mixture, and at least one active ingredient selected from the group of tanning agents and essential oils.
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for the determination of an azimuth angle for servicing purposes (?w) of a wind power plant with a machinery housing that is rotatable on a tower through an azimuth angle (?) and a rotor that is rotatable on a machinery housing through a rotor angle (?) such that a plurality of combinations of rotor angles (?) and azimuth angles (?) is adjusted, that are determined at the rotor subject to the influence of a turbulent wind field, which is effecting torques, for the adjusted combinations of rotor angles (?) and azimuth angles (?) and the associated azimuth angle (?), a torque envelope of the torque-azimuth angle associations is determined, surrounding areas (U(?)) with comparable sector sizes of the azimuth angle (?) are generated and associated magnitude values of the torque envelope are determined, a surrounding area (U(?w)) with magnitude-wise smaller torque envelope values than the neighboring surrounding areas is selected and the azimuth angle for servicing purposes (?w) is
