Abstract: A vibration suppressor and a vibration damper are configured in a system consisting of an internal combustion engine and an exhaust-gas turbo charger. The vibration suppressor and vibration damper are secured to an exposed place on the system which is subjected to strong vibrations. As the vibrations are the strongest in said area, the vibration-reducing means can be used to a maximum. The system consisting of the internal combustion engine and the exhaust-gas charger is improved in such a manner that the internal combustion engine can be operated in all of the rotational speed ranges without reducing the service life of individual components or the entire system.

  • Patent number: 7232500
Abstract: This invention pertains to methods and devices for producing products in web form. In particularly advantageous embodiments, the instant invention relates to methods and devices for forming films by coating a coating mass formed from organic raw materials in an aqueous basis onto a reusable transfer support web to form a composite. The composite is then dried and the dried coating transferred onto a intermediate support material. The dried coating and intermediate support material are directed to a winding station. Upon separation from the dried coating, the dried reusable transfer support web may be directed to treatment and cleaning stations and is subsequently reused.

  • Patent number: 7209780
Abstract: A system for the determination of quantifies relating to the circulatory system of a patient including a device for the non-invasive measurement of the qualitative variation over time of the local concentration of an indicator injected into the blood circulation system at a first position, the measurement taking place at a second position of the blood circulation system. An evaluating unit is provided, in which there is implemented an evaluating algorithm which transforms the qualitative variation into a quantitative variation over time of the local concentration of the indicator injected into the blood circulation system. For the purposes of the transformation, the condition is fulfilled that the cardiac output COdye calculable from the quantitative variation over time of the local concentration in accordance with a predetermined relationship is equal to an input value of the cardiac output COe, which has been determined by thermodilution measurement.

  • Publication number: 20070075478
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for grouping a multitude of film-like or sheet-like materials, which are stacked in a magazine (20) and which consist of at least one material layer, using at least one suction apparatus (42), which suctions the film-like or sheet-like materials in a clocked matter while removing them from the magazine, whereby one film-like or sheet-like material at a time directly rests with a portion of its surface that forms a contact surface against the suction device. To this end, one portion of the magazine contents consists of gas-impermeable film-like or sheet-like materials whereas another portion contains film-like or sheet-like materials that are each provided with at least one gas-permeable zone. The invention develops a method for grouping film-like or sheet-like materials during which a number of film-like or sheet-like materials can be grouped without impairing the speed of subsequent processing.
