Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide for a healthcare ecosystem of computing devices participating as nodes of a distributed ledger (e.g., blockchain). The distributed ledger includes NFTs representing corresponding patients, where the initial NET behaves logically as a token scaffold that represents a “digital twin” of the particular patient. The initial patient token represents personal profile data of patient personal data for the patient. The nodes may generate new data and/or new sub-tokens (or other blockchain entry type) representing new data, which the nodes associate with the token scaffold. The sub-tokens contain data for representing physical or digital specimens, health data, and data derived from the health data (e.g., cell lines, organoids, other model systems).

Abstract: An intraocular lens (IOL) has a small, central lens suspended within a pliable housing and, when the housing is filled with liquid, is coaxially aligned with a second small lens embedded in the wall of the housing. The suspension is on a dome- or other-shaped webbing attached to an inner circumference of the wall. When filled with liquid, forces squeezing or pulling the equator of the housing, as with ciliary muscles in the eye, adjust a distance between the lenses in order to adjust focus. Optional haptics may project from points on or above and below the equator. A recess in the posterior hemisphere of the housing can keep cell growth away from an optical axis of the lens system. A third small lens can be embedded in an opposite wall of the housing and coaxially aligned with the other lenses to form a three-lens, ultra-zoom system.

Abstract: A wheel action-based active suspension damping adjustment apparatus recognizes wheel actions through a steering apparatus, distance measuring apparatuses and force sensors and calculates an action damping magnitude according to damping parameters determined by different wheel actions, thereby achieving optimal adjustment under different actions. The changes in an inclination angle of a vehicle cabin floor and a vertical acceleration are monitored by using an inclination angle sensor and acceleration sensors, and meanwhile, an inclination angle damping and an acceleration damping are determined according to exceeding amplitudes, and a total damping of active suspensions is fed back and corrected, thereby further enhancing an adjustment and control effect of the active suspensions.

Abstract: The provided is a method and system for trajectory prediction based on Cro-IntentFormer. The method starts by preprocessing vehicle trajectory data collected by sensors to produce raw data suitable for model input. Vehicles are treated as nodes, and the distance between vehicles serves as the basis for determining whether there is an edge between two vehicle nodes. A physical relationship graph is constructed and, along with the raw data, input into a spatio-temporal feature extraction module to obtain the spatio-temporal features of the trajectory. The spatio-temporal feature matrix is then input into an intent prediction module to determine the predicted intentions of the vehicles. Based on the intent information output by the intent prediction module, a semantic relationship graph is reconstructed and input, along with the raw data, into the spatio-temporal feature extraction module to derive the semantic features of the trajectory.

Abstract: A gait management apparatus applies stimulation to a user suffering from a neurological disease (such as Parkinson's Disease) gait dysfunction. Motion sensors are arranged to be worn by a patient, and electrical stimulation electrodes are on the legs for stimulation. A controller receives motion sensing signals, and processes these signals to generate stimulation signals for operation of the electrodes to stimulate limb movement upon detection of a gait abnormality. There may be a user actuator for user actuation of electrical stimulation, and the inputs may be a series of taps. The controller may provide signals to prevent occurrence of freezing of gait when it senses that a patient is walking or has an intention to walk. Also, it may apply stimulation at an intensity level which is insufficient for functional muscle stimulation but sufficiently high to trigger activation of efferent nerves.
