    Abstract: Digital logic voltage regulators and related methods generate a regulated voltage via controlled switching of a power transistor. A digital logic voltage regulator includes a voltage level comparator, a power transistor, and a charge accumulator. The voltage level comparator generates a digital control signal that alternates between a first voltage level and a second voltage level in response to changes in relative voltage level between the regulated output voltage and the target voltage. The digital control signal causes the power transistor to switch from off to on in response to a reduction of the regulated output voltage relative to the target voltage and causes the power transistor to switch from on to off in response to an increase of the regulated output voltage relative to the target voltage. The charge accumulator decreases variation in the regulated output voltage that would occur without the charge accumulator.

    Abstract: A system for time series analysis using attention models is disclosed. The system may capture dependencies across different variables through input embedding and may map the order of a sample appearance to a randomized lookup table via positional encoding. The system may capture capturing dependencies within a single sequence through a self-attention mechanism and determine a range of dependency to consider for each position being analyzed. The system may obtain an attention weighting to other positions in the sequence through computation of an inner product and utilize the attention weighting to acquire a vector representation for a position and mask the sequence to enable causality. The system may employ a dense interpolation technique for encoding partial temporal ordering to obtain a single vector representation and a linear layer to obtain logits from the single vector representation. The system may use a type dependent final prediction layer.

Input data of each word line may be subjected to a multiply-accumulate operation together with two upper and lower layers of convolution kernel units, so that natural sliding of the convolution kernel units in a y direction in two-dimensional input is achieved. The oblique bit lines and multiple copies of a convolution kernel in each layer of a non-volatile memory array may enable a multiplication operation between one piece of input data and convolution kernel data at different positions in the same convolution kernel. In this way, the natural sliding of the convolution kernel units in an x direction in the two-dimensional input is achieved.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method and a system for generating a polarized propagation-invariant light field. The system includes a laser source, a spatial light modulator, a computer, a first lens, a shading element, a first quarter-wave plate, a second quarter-wave plate, a second lens, and a beam combining element. In the present invention, two Laguerre-Gaussian mode beams that satisfy a particular Gouy order relationship are generated, and orthogonal even polarization is applied to the two Laguerre-Gaussian mode beams. The two Laguerre-Gaussian mode beams are then focused onto a Ronchi grating to be stably combined into polarized propagation-invariant light field. The light field generated in the present invention simultaneously has linear polarization, elliptical polarization, and circular polarization in a cross section of the light field, and in a propagation process of the light field in free space, apart from normal spot size scaling, polarization distribution remains unchanged.

The breakwater provides the floating base and power generation environment for the offshore floating wind turbine and the tuned damping wave energy converter, and a plurality of the tuned damping wave energy converters can be disposed, and are evenly distributed beneath the offshore floating wind turbine.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a plant thermo-sensitive male sterile gene mutant tms15 and uses thereof. The nucleotide sequence of the plant thermo-sensitive male sterile gene mutant tms15 is SEQ ID No. 1. The inventor screened the thermo sensitive genic male sterile mutant tms15 by EMS mutagenesis of Zhonghua 11, which showed a male sterile phenotype under high temperature conditions (>28° C.) and restored fertility under low temperature conditions (22˜24° C.). The cytological results shows that the sporogenous cells in tms15 plants proliferated excessively and the tapetum cells are also vacuolized abnormally under high temperature. The normal proliferation of sporogenous cells and the normal development of tapetal cells are restored to some extent after low temperature treatment.

A process for forming a high-strength metal alloy thin-walled pipe includes first, graphite or fusible metal, i.e., an aluminum rod, is introduced into a high-strength metal alloy pipe to be drawn to fill the whole pipe; and then, pulse current is introduced into a plastic deformation area of the thin-walled pipe. A cooling device can be provided to achieve a good cooling effect. The thin-walled pipe with corresponding length is cut according to a production requirement after processing is completed, and annealing treatment is performed in a vacuum heat treatment furnace.

    Abstract: A multi-layered oil sorbent formed from two superposed polyolefin thin films and a polypropylene (PP) fibrous thin sheet sandwiched between the two superposed polyolefin thin films. Each of the two superposed polyolefin thin films include a plurality of pores defined therethrough and a plurality of swellable cavities extending from a surface thereof. In an embodiment, the cavities of each two superposed polyolefin thin films extend from a respective polyolefin film surface toward the PP fibrous thin sheet. The two superposed polyolefin thin films with the PP fibrous thin sheet sandwiched therebetween are sealed together by a zigzag-shaped heat seal. The plurality of cavities on the surface of the multi-layered sorbent can swell when contacted with oil. The cavities coupled with the zigzag-shaped seal maximize the available volume for uptake of oil and organic pollutants from water.

The compound protein is obtained by fully pulverizing the foregoing components, passing through a 100-mesh sieve, fully mixing in proportion, and being hydrolyzed with neutral protease and keratinase.

    Abstract: A multi-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) signal classification method based on self-supervised learning relates to the technical field of ECG signal classification. The method includes: processing an original signal through different data augmentation methods, designing an appropriate encoder module, extracting a feature of an ECG signal through a large amount of easily available unlabeled data such that an encoder learns more class information of the ECG signal, fine-tuning the model encoder with a small amount of labeled data for feature optimization, and continuously optimizing a parameter of a feature extractor by training a model such that a generated feature well reflects a structure and information of input data. Through self-supervised learning, the method reduces obstacles caused by performing ECG signal classification through a large amount of expensive manually labeled data, improving the generalization ability of the model.
