Abstract: A system and method of detecting presence of arrythmia in an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. The method comprises steps of applying a decomposition algorithm to one or more portions of the ECG signal, each portion corresponding to at least one heartbeat. The method also comprises, for each portion, selecting at least one output of the decomposition algorithm; providing the selected at least one output to a first trained convolutional neural network (CNN) arrangement, the first CNN arrangement generating coefficients of a predetermined size; and inputting the coefficients of the predetermined size to a second trained CNN arrangement, the second CNN arrangement trained to output a classification of whether arrythmia is present in the portion of the ECG.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to novel recombinant coronavirus-based fusion proteins (“RBDs-IgG Fc protein” and “RBDs protein”) and vaccine compositions using the same, in which the fusion proteins comprise tandemly arranged coronaviruses receptor binding domains (RBDs). The present disclosure further provides methods and kits for immunizing a subject using the compositions.
Abstract: A machining and positioning system for aerospace irregular parts and a discrete intelligent production line therefor are provided, which relates to the field of aerospace irregular part machining. In view of the problem that complex repeated positioning and poor positioning stability is required during the transportation and processing of aerospace irregular parts, a self-positioning device, a clamping device, and a support device are used to form a follow-up clamping and positioning system for the irregular part casing, reducing complex repeated positioning. The support block of the support device can fit to the inner wall of the casing, collect the support force using piezoelectric plates, and feedback and adjust the thrust of the support block based on the magnitude of the cutting radial force, maintaining stable support of the support block for the casing and meeting production needs.

Abstract: A supercapacitor including a gel electrolyte and two electrodes having a substrate, date stone activated carbon, a conductive carbon compound different from the date stone activated carbon, and a binding compound. A mixture of the date stone activated carbon, the conductive carbon compound, and the binding compound partially coats a surface of the substrate. The two electrodes are assembled in a symmetrical layered configuration with the surfaces coated with the mixture facing each other. The gel electrolyte is present between the surfaces coated with the mixture to form the supercapacitor. The gel electrolyte is a mixture of H2SO4, polyvinyl alcohol, and anthraquinone. Particles of the date stone activated carbon have a nanosheet morphology, and the nanosheets are stacked on top of each other to form a hierarchical structure.

Abstract: A method for implementing formal verification of an optimized multiplier via symbolic computer algebra (SCA)-satisfiability (SAT) synergy includes: systematically recovering, by a reverse engineering algorithm, an adder tree from an optimized multiplier; 2) generating, by a constraint satisfaction algorithm, a reference multiplier only by using an adder based on a constraint condition; and 3) combining, by an SCA-based and SAT-based verification method, complementary advantages of SCA and SAT. In the verification framework, the method introduces a reference multiplier generator for generating a correct reference multiplier. The correct reference multiplier has both a structure similar to a structure of the optimized multiplier and a clear adder boundary. The clear adder boundary allows proving correctness of the correct reference multiplier through SCA-based verification.
Abstract: A system and a method are provided to create an indoor thermal environment based on impinging jet ventilation (IJV) and ductless personalized ventilation (DPV), the system includes an IJV duct installed on a wall of a room and a DPV device installed on a table. An air inlet of the IJV duct is connected to an air conditioning system and an air outlet of the IJV duct is close to ground. An upper duct and a lower duct of the DPV device are disposed on two opposite sides of a tabletop, the upper duct is provided with an air supply panel, the lower duct is provided with a duct fan with an air supply volume being adjustable, and the duct fan is configured to send air absorbed from a ground air lake to a user's face area through the air supply panel of the upper duct.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-excitation-source axial-flux permanent-magnet motor with partitioned, hierarchical, and variable poles, and a variable-condition driving control system. The motor mainly includes a main magnetic pole and an auxiliary magnetic pole. The main magnetic pole is responsible for providing a main air gap flux and is connected in series with a dual-stator magnetic circuit. The auxiliary magnetic pole is responsible for adjusting an air gap field and is connected in parallel with the dual-stator magnetic circuit. Magnetic fluxes of the main magnetic pole and the auxiliary magnetic pole together constitute the air gap field. The present disclosure can control a flux path of the auxiliary magnetic pole by controlling the magnitude of a current applied to a field winding, thereby adjusting an air gap flux, expanding a speed range of the motor, and achieving variable-condition operation of the motor.

Abstract: A power conversion system including a triple active bridge (TAB) is provided. The system includes a power factor correction (PFC) module and a three port converter (TPC) module, with no post-regulation or additional stages required. The TPC module includes an OBC full-bridge and an APM full-bridge, each being inductively coupled to the output of the PFC full-bridge, thereby forming the TAB. The OBC full-bridge is adapted to convert an AC input into a high-voltage DC output for a high-voltage battery, and the APM full-bridge is adapted to convert an AC input into a low-voltage DC output for a low-voltage battery. The power conversion system can accept a single-phase AC input and a three-phase AC input, has a lower current stress as compared to prior art TPCs, and freely transfers power from among any ports.
