Abstract: An ultra-high temperature fracturing fluid, including the following components in mass percentages: 0.4 wt %-0.8 wt % of a polymer thickener, 0.015 wt %-0.02 wt % of a non-metallic crosslinking agent, 0.04 wt %-0.06 wt % of a gel breaker and the rest is water. The polymer thickener is obtained by a polymerization of acrylamide, acrylic acid, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, rigid monomer and cationic hydrophobic monomer in a weight ratio of 55-70:15-20:15-20:0.5-3:0.1-1.0, the polymerization temperature is 30-40° C. and the polymerization time is 8-10 hours. The fracturing fluid of the present invention can effectively solve the technical problems that traditional fracturing fluids are easily decomposed at high temperatures and affect performance.

Abstract: The transmembrane metalloproteinase-disintegrin ADAM8 mediates cell adhesion and shedding of ligands, receptors, and extracellular matrix components. ADAM8 is abundantly expressed in breast tumors and derived metastases compared to normal tissue, especially in triple-negative breast cancers (TNBCs). High ADAM8 levels predicted poor patient outcome, and ADAM8 promoted an aggressive phenotype of TNBC cells in culture. Tumors derived from TNBC cells with ADAM8 knockdown failed to grow beyond a palpable size and displayed poor vascularization. Circulating tumor cells and brain metastases were also significantly reduced. ADAM8 stimulated angiogenesis through release of VEGF-A and cell migration through ?1-integrin activation. Treatment with anti-ADAM8 antibody in vivo resulted in reduced primary tumor burden and reduced metastases. Furthermore, antibody treatment of established tumors profoundly decreased metastases in a resection model.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a novel approach to automatically detect the occurrence of evoked potentials, quantify the attributes of the signal and visualize the effect across a high number of spinal cord epidural stimulation parameters. This new method is designed to automate the current process for performing this task that has been accomplished manually by data analysts through observation of the raw EMG signals, which is laborious and time-consuming as well as being prone to human errors. The proposed method provides fast and accurate framework for activation detection and visualization of the results within five main algorithms.
