Abstract: A method for detecting a QRS complex of an electrocardiogram signal, an apparatus therefor, a device and a medium are provided. A QRS complex of an electrocardiogram signal is detected by a detection model including a DenseNet and a dual-channel Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Spatial feature information of the QRS complex in the electrocardiogram signal is learned through the DenseNet, and then the spatial feature learned by the DenseNet and the time sequence data are input into respective channels of the dual-channel LSTM, so that the dual-channel LSTM can fuse the spatial information and the time sequence information of the QRS complex in the electrocardiogram signal, thereby improving a segmentation effect of the model on features, and finally improving accuracy of detecting the QRS complex.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for synthesizing an O-antigen saccharide chain of Helicobacter pylori serotype O:6 using seven glycosylation building blocks. Inexpensive and easily available D-glucosamine, D-galactose, D-mannose and L-fucose are used as starting materials, and seven glycosylation building blocks are obtained through a series of chemical reactions. The saccharide building blocks are then selectively linked together to produce O-antigen oligosaccharide chains of Helicobacter pylori serotype O:6 with different saccharide configuration through a series of glycosylation reactions. Also disclosed is a method to assemble an amino linker at the reducing end of the O-antigen saccharide chain of Helicobacter pylori serotype O:6, and the synthesized oligosaccharide chain with an amino linker can be coupled to a carrier molecule or immobilized on a matrix.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for efficiently applying a transform skip mode to a transform block. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a video decoding apparatus determines, based on transform skip information associated with a current block, the transform skip information being decoded from a bitstream, whether a subblock for which transform is skipped and one or more subblocks to which transform is applied are included in the current block. When determining that the current block includes the subblock for which the transform is skipped and the one or more subblocks to which the transform is applied are included in the current block, the video decoding apparatus decodes a first residual subblock using a decoding procedure not involving inverse transform for the subblock for which the transform is skipped, and decodes one or more second residual subblocks using a decoding procedure involving the inverse transform for the one or more subblocks to which the transform is applied.

Abstract: A method of producing polycrystalline Y3Ba5Cu8Oy (Y-358) whereby powders of yttrium (III) oxide, a barium (II) salt, and copper (II) oxide are pelletized, calcined at 850 to 950° C. for 8 to 16 hours, ball milled under controlled conditions, pelletized again and sintered in an oxygen atmosphere at 900 to 1000° C. for up to 72 hours. The polycrystalline Y3Ba5Cu8Oy thus produced is in the form of elongated crystals having an average length of 2 to 10 ?m and an average width of 1 to 2 ?m, and embedded with spherical nanoparticles of yttrium deficient Y3Ba5Cu8Oy having an average diameter of 5 to 20 nm. The spherical nanoparticles are present as agglomerates having flower-like morphology with an average particles size of 30 to 60 nm. The ball milled polycrystalline Y3Ba5Cu8Oy prepared under controlled conditions shows significant enhancement of superconducting and flux pinning properties.
