Abstract: This system is a decentralized computerized system for administration and management of a construction or manufacturing project having kiosk physically or virtually associated with the project and configured for receiving a building information model from a design computing device, transmitting the bill of material to a supply computer device, informing a third-party supplier to deliver the materials to the construction site, receiving a material delivery information, receiving an internal and external inspection information, receiving regulatory compliance information, receiving insurance information and receiving labor information, debiting a first account associated with the project and crediting a second account associated with the project, creating records or certificates representing various verifications of stages of the construction project and storing the records or certificates on a distributed ledger.

Abstract: A scan avoidance monitoring system detects instances in which a respective customer in a retail environment fails to properly scan or tally one or more retail items for purchase. To avoid generating false positives, such as flagging of events as scan avoidances when they really are not or likely are not scan avoidances, the scan avoidance system can be configured to require a level of confirmation by one or more other analyzers to flag a particular circumstance as a scan avoidance.

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing a plurality of operations, in which at least one operation comprises a blockchain transaction, are described. A request to perform a plurality of operations is received, where the operations comprise a blockchain transaction and a second transaction of a type other than a block chain transaction. A conversion factor is obtained from a service and a blockchain transaction is recorded based on the conversion factor. The recorded blockchain transaction comprises an amount of a digital asset (e.g., Bitcoin) based on the conversion factor, a generated blockchain address, and an interstitial change address. The second transaction is performed as a result of the blockchain transaction having been validated.

Abstract: A networked system for providing and maintaining a set of liquid dispenser stations is described. The fluid dispensers communicate with a managing/supervisory cloud server via an interposed base station. The fluid dispensers communicate locally with the base station via wireless communication network links. The base station operates as an accumulator of status/usage information provided by the dispenser stations and bridge for passing information and control commands between the cloud server and the individual dispenser stations. The dispenser stations are configured with control processors (controllers) to facilitate performing a variety of local control operations associated with dispensing liquids that have been cooled (or heated) prior to dispensing by the dispenser stations.

The dispenser may store and dispense one or more types of consumable items. Additionally, the dispenser may include one or more sensors for sensing a storage status of the dispenser (e.g., the quantity consumable items remaining in the dispenser). Further still, the dispenser may communicate storage status updates to a remote device on which a related application can be executed, for updating a current storage status, and presenting a notification to a user of the remote device, suggesting the purchase of additional consumable items to replenish the dispenser. The related application may further present the user with other types of purchasing-related information, such as cross merchandise opportunities, a retailer located nearest to the user/mobile device where the additional consumable items can be purchased from, as well as other shopping-related features and/or functionalities.

Abstract: Validated tracking of events associated with equipment during the course of a resource arrangement. The events include location-changing events, which provide for a physical change in location of the equipment. The verified tracking of the events is provided by a distributed trust computing network, which through convergence by one or more decentralized nodes provides for authenticating/validating data stored within distributed registers/ledgers. Specific to the invention, once a location-changing event is determined/detected, the location-changing event is registered in the distributed trust computing network by creating and validating a data block within a distributed register/ledger that includes information pertaining to the location-changing event.

Abstract: Technology for measuring, collecting and transferring fluid transaction data is provided. In an example method, fluid flow data is identified from a fluid flow meter for a fluid transfer event. Scannable data comprising data indicative of the fluid transfer event and the fluid flow data is generated. The scannable data may include a scannable code. The scannable data may be provided for display and scanned using a portable scanning device. The scannable data, including the scannable code, may be transferred as fluid transaction data to a remote device using a wireless communication protocol for storage and/or analysis by the remote device.

The method involves a step having an electronic request for a product being sent directly from an in-store customer in the retail display space. This electronic request is directed to the inventory station. The method involves a step of having the inventory station send an order confirmation to the in-store customer acknowledging the electronic request, confirming to the in-store customer that the product is available in inventory and directing the customer to proceed to a designated pick up point at the conclusion of their shopping.
