    Abstract: Systems and methods for improving doping and/or deposition uniformity using a tunable electromagnetic field generation device are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, the system includes a chamber configured to contain a semiconductor wafer, a plasma generator, and a gas inlet, and an exhaust gas outlet. The gas inlet permits a controlled flow of a gas into the chamber through a wall of the chamber and the exhaust gas outlet permits exhausting of gas from the chamber. The system further includes a wafer support structure configured to support the semiconductor wafer during a doping or deposition process and an electromagnetic structure positioned within the chamber and at least partially surrounding an upper surface of the wafer support structure.

The tongue portion includes an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper-row plate terminals are held on the base portion and tongue portion and include upper-row contact segments at the upper surface for transmitting first signals. The lower-row plate terminals are held on the base portion and tongue portion and include lower-row contact segments at the lower surface for transmitting second signals.     Abstract: An optical system may include a lens assembly that has two or more single-sided wafer level optics (WLO) lenses arranged to propagate light. The optical system can further include an image sensor, wherein the lens assembly is arranged relative to the image sensor to propagate light received at a first surface of the lens assembly, through the two or more single-sided WLO lenses and to the image sensor. In some embodiments, the optical system further includes a camera which includes the lens assembly and the image sensor. In various embodiments, a smart phone, a tablet computer, or another mobile computing device may include such a camera. In some embodiments, the at least two single-sided wafer level optics (WLO) lenses are each separated by a gap G, wherein the gap may be different between each of the single-sided lenses, and the gap G may be zero.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a clutch-type control device for a cordless blind, comprising a force-return mechanism and a braking mechanism. The braking mechanism includes an outer housing having an engaging chuck, a shaft connecter having a gearshift lever, and a clutch rotor with a gearshift pattern installed. Disposed on one end of the shaft connecter are a plurality of engaging teeth. The axial distance between the gearshift lever and the engaging chuck is fixed. The gearshift pattern has a blind-lowering disengagement position, a blind-lifting disengagement position, and a blind-stopping engagement position to position the gearshift lever so that the clutch rotor corresponding to the shaft connecter may be operated with axial movement. The engaging teeth of the clutch rotor may be engaged with or disengaged from the engaging chuck of the outer housing. Thereby, the stop height of cordless blind is accurately controlled and operation safety further is enhanced.

    Abstract: A phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor used in circulating cooling water of central air conditioning is provided, which contains tourmaline, green corrosion and scale inhibitor, zinc salt and the like, wherein the content of the tourmaline is 5-500 g/t (calculated based on solid form); the content of the green corrosion and scale inhibitor is 5-50 g/t (calculated based on liquid form); and the content of the zinc salt is 0.2-0.8 g/t (calculated based on solid form), wherein the tourmaline includes dravite, schorlite, elbaite, manganese tourmaline, uvite or the like. The green corrosion and scale inhibitor contains any one, or two or three of polyaspartic acid, polyepoxysuccinic acid and polymaleic acid. Copper corrosion can be effectively inhibited by adding 0.2-2 g/t of benzotriazole (calculated based on solid form) into copper-containing devices. Also disclosed is a method of preparing the phosphorous-free corrosion and scale inhibitor used in circulating cooling water of central air conditioning.
