  • Publication number: 20150316950
Abstract: A clock signal generator provides a gated clock signal GCLK to trigger operation of dual-edge triggered circuits. A first detector generates, while a clock gating signal /EN is asserted, a first detector output signal that is asserted or de-asserted as a function of disjunction or conjunction respectively of the values that an input clock signal CLK and the gated clock signal GCLK had when the clock gating signal /EN transitioned. A second detector generates, while the clock gating signal /EN is de-asserted, as the value of the gated clock signal GCLK, the value CLK or its complement /CLK as a function of the first detector output signal. When the clock gating signal /EN is asserted, the second detector maintains the value that the gated clock signal GCLK had when the clock gating signal /EN transitioned from de-asserted to asserted.

  • Publication number: 20150309580
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for facilitating interactions, with a gesture-based application, of a group of users. The method comprises identifying, by a computing unit of an interactive device, the group based on information received from sensors associated with the interactive device. Then, an interaction intensity value associated with each of the users is determined. The interaction intensity value is indicative of the level of activity of the each of the users. Next, at least one active user among the group of users is identified based on an order of the interaction intensity values. Lastly, gestures of the at least one active user towards the gesture-based application are tracked for facilitating interactions with the gesture-based application.

  • Patent number: 9157730
Abstract: A method of processing a substrate according to a PECVD process is described. Temperature profile of the substrate is adjusted to change deposition rate profile across the substrate. Plasma density profile is adjusted to change deposition rate profile across the substrate. Chamber surfaces exposed to the plasma are heated to improve plasma density uniformity and reduce formation of low quality deposits on chamber surfaces. In situ metrology may be used to monitor progress of a deposition process and trigger control actions involving substrate temperature profile, plasma density profile, pressure, temperature, and flow of reactants.

  • Publication number: 20150278586
Abstract: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium and apparatus that provides feedback to a user for interacting continuously without any disconnect. It gives real time visual clues and gestures based on application need. This solves the problem of a disconnected user found in current system and applications as user will be continuously aware whether and how much he is being tracked by the application that will allow him to continuously interact with the application. The requirements from various applications like FBT (Full body Tracking), HBT (Half Body Tracking), LTO (Leg Tracking Only), HTO (Hand Tracking Only), STO (Specific Tracking only) is sent to the CFBTE (Continuous Full Body Tracking Engine). The CFBTE process the requirements and generates the visual clues and gesture events. In visual clues the tracking level/intensity is continuously displayed, which will guide the user on system readiness and effectiveness for interaction.
