    Abstract: A height adjusting mechanism for an inlet valve includes a valve body, and inlet pipe, a retaining member and an actuator. The inlet pipe is sleeved in the valve body and connected to the valve body; the retaining member is assembled in the valve body; and the actuator can drive the retaining member to move to make the valve body fixed to the inlet pipe or moved relatively to the inlet pipe in the axial direction. The actuator drives the retaining member to move in order to let the valve body and the inlet pipe to be fixed or moved relatively to each other in the axial direction. There is no need to rotate the valve body during adjusting process, and the float won't affect the tank wall when the water valve body is rotating.

    Abstract: An interface circuit is provided. A NMOS transistor is coupled between a first bit line and a ground. A logic gate is coupled between a gate of the NMOS transistor and a second bit line. A keeper controls a voltage level of the second bit line according to a reference voltage. A tracking circuit includes a plurality of reference bit cells and a pull-up device coupled to a reference bit line. Each reference bit cell is coupled to a read word line. When a bit cell coupled to the second bit line is accessed by a specific read word line, the reference bit cell coupled to the specific read word line drains a current from the pull-up device. The tracking circuit provides the reference voltage according to the current.

    Abstract: N-Acyl amino acid salt compositions and an improved process for making them from fatty alkyl esters are disclosed. The process comprises reacting a fatty alkyl ester with an amino acid salt in the presence of an alkoxide catalyst at a pressure of at least 5 psig. At least 10 mole percent of catalyst is used based on the amount of fatty alkyl ester used as a reactant. Pressure and a minimum level of alkoxide catalyst are needed to give high fatty alkyl ester conversions and good yields of the desired N-acyl amino acid salt. The resulting N-acyl amino acid salt compositions have low color, an acceptable level of fatty acid soaps, and a small proportion of di-acylated by-products. Single-phase mixtures produced by combining various amino acid salts with glycinates, or by using an excess of either the fatty alkyl ester or amino acid salt, promote high conversions when the mixtures are reacted to give the desired N-acyl amino acid salt.

The polyester can be prepared with a method wherein a starting mixture comprising 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid and ethylene glycol is subjected to esterification and subsequent polycondensation at reduced pressure when the molar ratio of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid to ethylene glycol in the starting mixture is 1:1.01 to 1:1.15, where water, that is formed during the reaction between 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid and ethylene glycol, and some ethylene glycol are removed in a distillation system, and where ethylene glycol that is removed with water, is separated from water and at least partly recycled.
