Abstract: A recording medium, a method for searching for content data from the recording medium, and a method and apparatus for reproducing data from the recording medium are disclosed. The recording medium includes a stream area for storing content data, and a reproduction management area for storing a search file capable of searching for the content data. The search file divides the content data into a plurality of scenes. If the content data supports a multi-angle, the search file classifies the scenes according to angles, and includes attribute for specifying the angles. Therefore, the recording medium can easily search for a variety of content data recorded in the recording medium, can provide the searched result, and can effectively reproduce/manage data of the recording medium, resulting in the creation of more convenient functions for a user.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing data files of a local storage is disclosed. The method for managing data files of a local storage includes the steps of: a) downloading at least one data file from a content provider, storing the downloaded data file in the local storage, and forming a binding unit using the stored file; and b) upon receiving a command for deleting a specific file contained in the binding unit, deleting all files contained in the binding unit, deleting all files associated with a title including a specific file to be deleted, or deleting only the specific file to be deleted.

A method and apparatus for downloading data associated with the recording medium from an external part, and reproducing the downloaded data is disclosed. A binding unit combined with the recording medium from among the downloaded data of the local storage is formed, and is combined with files of the recording medium using the binding information, such that the virtual package is formed. Data of the recording medium and/or data of the local storage are reproduced by the virtual package. If a specific file contained in the binding unit is equal to a specific file contained in the recording medium when the virtual package is formed, priority is assigned to the file of the binding unit so that the virtual package is formed. Therefore, data of the recording medium and data of the local storage can be effectively reproduced at the same time, resulting in greater convenience of a user.

The sizes of the inner and outer tubs are increased when the washing machine according to the present invention has the same size as the conventional washing machine. Consequently, the capacity of the washing machine is increased.

Abstract: A single-phase induction motor comprises a power consumption prevention device, which includes a current signal transfer element and a switching element. The switching element is turned on/off according to the current signal received from the current signal transfer element. The power consumption prevention device prevents current flow to a start device when the motor runs in normal mode, and thus avoids unnecessary power consumption by the start device when the motor runs in normal mode, thereby preventing a reduction in the efficiency of the single-phase induction motor due to the unnecessary power consumption.
