    Abstract: A chip-on-board type photoelectric device exemplarily includes: a package substrate, provided with a chip mounting region, a first electrode and a second electrode, the first and second electrodes being arranged spaced from each other at a periphery of the chip mounting region; first photoelectric chips, arranged in the chip mounting region to form inwardly concave strip-shaped patterns as mutually spaced first color temperature regions, and electrically connected between the first and second electrodes to form at least one first photoelectric chip string; and second photoelectric chips, arranged in the chip mounting region to form second color temperature regions. A light-emitting color temperature of each the second color temperature region is higher than that of each the first color temperature region. The second photoelectric chips are electrically connected between the first and second electrodes to form second photoelectric chip strings. A good uniformity of light mixing can be achieved.

Performing a melt-blowing process on the mixture, such that the flow promoter is volatilized and a melt-blown fiber is formed, in which the melt-blown fiber has a fiber body and the water repellent disposed on the fiber body with a particle size (D90) between 350 nm and 450 nm.

The method includes steps of: (a) performing a self-condition inspection, (b) detecting whether a working temperature of the cooling liquid is greater than a first predetermined temperature, and detecting whether a working temperature of the heat generating element is greater than a second predetermined temperature, (c) outputting a first warning signal if the working temperature of the cooling liquid is greater than the first predetermined temperature and a liquid level of the cooling liquid is not lower than a threshold liquid level, and outputting a second warning signal if the working temperature of the heat generating element is greater than the second predetermined temperature, and (d) displaying the first warning signal and the second warning signal.

    Abstract: A speech enhancement apparatus is disclosed and comprises an adaptive noise cancellation circuit, a blending circuit, a noise suppressor and a control module. The ANC circuit filters a reference signal to generate a noise estimate and subtracts a noise estimate from a primary signal to generate a signal estimate based on a control signal. The blending circuit blends the primary signal and the signal estimate to produce a blended signal. The noise suppressor suppresses noise over the blended signal using a first trained model to generate an enhanced signal and a main spectral representation from a main microphone and M auxiliary spectral representations from M auxiliary microphones using (M+1) second trained models to generate a main score and M auxiliary scores. The ANC circuit, the noise suppressor and the trained models are well combined to maximize the performance of the speech enhancement apparatus.
