The first dielectric layer fills lower portions of the trenches. A Ultra-Violet (UV) treatment is performed on the first dielectric layer in an oxygen-containing process gas. The method further includes depositing a second dielectric layer into the trenches. The second dielectric layer fills upper portions of the trenches. A thermal treatment is performed on the second dielectric layer in an additional oxygen-containing process gas. After the thermal treatment, an anneal is performed on the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer.

In the checker composite plate of the present invention, the metal mesh is compounded on the upper end of the basal plate made of aluminum, so that the surface hardness of the aluminum basal plate is enhanced, thereby solving the defect that the aluminum basal plate is soft and not wear-resistant, solving the defect that the common composite plate is easy to deform when heated due to different stress of different materials.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of artificial intelligence, and provides a pose estimation apparatus and method for a robotic arm to grasp a target based on monocular infrared thermal imaging vision. The present disclosure provides a pose estimation apparatus for automatically grasping a target using a robotic arm of a specialized robot, which includes a monocular infrared thermal imaging camera, a laser ranging module, an edge computing platform, and an embedded processor. The monocular infrared thermal imaging camera can perform imaging based on a temperature difference between a target and an environment in smoke, combustion, and explosion environments in which a specialized robot works. The laser ranging module can assist in measuring a distance of a to-be-grasped target. An algorithm process in the present disclosure is deployed on the edge computing platform. The embedded processor completes motion control of a robotic arm.

Abstract: An augmented reality display system includes a body, an image source device configured to output image information, an optical waveguide device configured to receive the image information, and an optical fiber array image transmission bundle. The optical fiber array image transmission bundle includes a number of optical fibers. Each optical fiber includes an input end and an output end. Each input end is coupled with a first microlens protruding outward, and each output end is coupled with a second microlens protruding outward. The image information output by the image source device is coupled into the optical fiber array image transmission bundle through the first microlenses for total reflection, and then collimated by the second microlenses and emitted directly to the optical waveguide device. An augmented reality display device having the augmented reality display system is also disclosed.

Abstract: A method for preparing a phenoxycarboxylate includes 1) allowing a salt of a phenolic compound and a halogenated carboxylate to subject to a condensation reaction in a polar solvent under the action of a catalyst; and 2) adding an acid-containing organic solvent to the condensation reaction liquid in step 1) to perform an acidification, and purifying the precipitated halogenated inorganic salt to obtain a phenoxycarboxylate. A catalyst is added in the condensation process, which can improve the reaction rate, achieve the reaction at room temperature and high material conversion rate, and avoid the problem in the prior art that the reaction needs to be performed at high temperature, about 120° C. After the condensation reaction is completed, the salt is removed by dry filtration (an anhydrous condition) by adding a methanol hydrogen chloride solution. There is no industrial wastewater, raw materials are easily recycled, and the reaction yield is high.

The program code generates, from the single document image, a graph structure representing the document, where the graph structure comprises visual information and connections related to the structural elements and concepts comprising the textual content.
