The first fixed segments are arranged in parallel on a first plane. Each second contact includesa second fixed segment fixed in the insulated body. The second fixed segments extend on a second plane spaced apart with the first plane and are arranged in parallel. One of the first fixed segments is bent and extends to cross at least one of the second fixed segments. For one of the first contacts, the corresponding first fixed segment has a larger transverse width than that of the rest. For one of the second contacts, the corresponding second fixed segment has a larger transverse width than that of the rest. Thus, the crosstalk noise between the contacts is reduced by capacitive compensation.

The heat dissipating module includes a plurality of heat conducting units, a set of heat dissipating fins, a plurality of fans, a plurality of sensing units and a control unit. The heat conducting units are connected to the set of the heat dissipating fins and the heating elements. A gap exists between the heat conducting units. The fans are disposed at the same side of the set of the heat dissipating fins. The sensing units are coupled to the heating elements, respectively, to detect the heat generated by the heating elements. The control unit is electrically connected to the fans and the sensing units. The heat generated by the heating elements is different from each other, and the control unit adjusts the speed of the fans according to the heat generated by the heating elements.

    Abstract: A method to form a titanium nitride (TiN) hard mask in the Damascene process of forming interconnects during the fabrication of a semiconductor device, while the type and magnitude of stress carried by the TiN hard mask is controlled. The TiN hard mask is formed in a multi-layered structure where each sub-layer is formed successively by repeating a cycle of processes comprising TiN and chlorine PECVD deposition, and N2/H2 plasma gas treatment. During its formation, the stress to be carried by the TiN hard mask is controlled by controlling the number of TiN sub-layers and the plasma gas treatment duration such that the stress may counter-balance predetermined external stress anticipated on a conventionally made TiN hard mask, which causes trench sidewall distortion, trench opening shrinkage, and gap filling problem.

    Abstract: A cumulative image recognition method performs a matching analysis on frame and matching data in a mobile device when the mobile device focuses on a recognition target and captures frame of the image of the recognition target. The method obtains the feature value of each matching data according to the matching result, and determines if one of the matching data has an optimal result matching the recognition target according to several entries of feature values. If no optimal result, then the method respectively sums up the feature value of each matching data into a summing feature value and determines if the plurality of the matching data has a candidate result similar to the recognition target according to several entries of the summing feature values. If no candidate result, the mobile device captures the next frame on the recognition target, and performs next matching analysis on the next frame.
