The control unit (20) includes an endoscope controller (22) for a determination of an endoscope pose within the anatomical region for an intraoperative visualization of the anatomical feature within the endoscope image (14), wherein the endoscope path is derived from a delineation of a volume coordinate position of the anatomical feature within a pre-operative image (43) of the anatomical region. The control unit (20) further includes a robot controller (21) for commanding the robot (11) to move the endoscope (12) to the endoscope pose within the anatomical region to visualize the anatomical feature within the endoscope image (14).

    Abstract: A flash memory controller for controlling a flash memory module includes a communication interface for receiving a first data and a second data; and a processing circuit for dynamically controlling a data writing mode of the flash memory module according to an amount of stored data in the flash memory module. If the amount of stored data in the flash memory module is less than a first threshold when the communication interface receives the first data, the processing circuit controls the flash memory module so that the first data is written into the first data block under an one-bit-per-cell mode. If the amount of stored data in the flash memory module is greater than the first threshold when the communication interface receives the second data, the processing circuit controls the flash memory module so that the second data is written into the second data block under a two-bit-per-cell mode.

    Abstract: A multi-floor type MEMS microphone includes a housing formed by a stack of circuit boards and provided with a first cavity, a second cavity in vertical communication with the first cavity, and a sound hole in communication with the second cavity. The second cavity has a vertical cross-sectional area smaller than that of the first cavity. A MEMS transducer is disposed in the second cavity and electrically conducted with the housing, and an ASIC chip is disposed in the first cavity and electrically conducted with the housing. By this design, the volume of the back chamber of a vibrating diaphragm of the MEMS transducer can be increased in a limited space of the housing, and thus the sensitivity of the microphone can be improved.

    Abstract: A method to form a titanium nitride (TiN) hard mask in the Damascene process of forming interconnects during the fabrication of a semiconductor device, while the type and magnitude of stress carried by the TiN hard mask is controlled. The TiN hard mask is formed in a multi-layered structure where each sub-layer is formed successively by repeating a cycle of processes comprising TiN and chlorine PECVD deposition, and N2/H2 plasma gas treatment. During its formation, the stress to be carried by the TiN hard mask is controlled by controlling the number of TiN sub-layers and the plasma gas treatment duration such that the stress may counter-balance predetermined external stress anticipated on a conventionally made TiN hard mask, which causes trench sidewall distortion, trench opening shrinkage, and gap filling problem.

    Abstract: A method for detecting a single-finger rotation gesture and a gesture detecting circuit thereof are provided. The gesture detecting circuit comprises a quadrant dividing unit, a register, a control unit, a comparing unit, and an outputting unit. The quadrant dividing unit, according to the center point, divides a touch panel into at least three quadrants and sets a plurality of data codes respectively corresponding to the quadrants. Within a predetermined time, the control unit controls the register to sequentially record the data codes respectively corresponding to the touched quadrants. When the predetermined time is reached, the comparing unit compares to judge whether the temporary data buffered in the register is the same with the default data. If the temporary data is the same with the default data, then the outputting unit outputs a rotation gesture signal.
