    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to selective photo-enhanced wet oxidation for nitride layer regrowth on substrates. In one aspect, a method may comprise: forming a first III-nitride layer with a first low bandgap energy on a first surface of a substrate; forming a second III-nitride layer with a first high bandgap energy on the first III-nitride layer; transforming portions of the first III-nitride layer into a plurality of III-oxide stripes by photo-enhanced wet oxidation; forming a plurality of III-nitride nanowires with a second low bandgap energy on the second III-nitride layer between the III-oxide stripes; and selectively transforming at least some of the III-nitride nanowires into III-oxide nanowires by selective photo-enhanced oxidation.

The transparent electrode layer is disposed opposing the segment electrode circuit layer, and the electrophoretic display medium layer is disposed between the segment electrode circuit layer and the transparent electrode layer. The electrophoretic display medium layer is controlled by an electric field that is produced and varied by the segment electrode circuit layer and the transparent electrode layer to change brightness. The color polymer film is disposed on the transparent electrode layer to produce color. The colored polymer film includes a polymer layer and pigment particles distributed in the polymer layer.

Detection of a user trigger event initiates retrieval of additional web content about the emphasized text and the retrieved additional content is displayed in a display window, within a pop-up advertisement, or within a quickbar window. An adjacent seamless window displaying web advertisements related to the additional web content is also presented to the user.

    Abstract: An anti-displacement coil spring-type spine stabilization device includes: a coil spring member made of a spiral spring wire having multiple continuous loops, the coil spring member having the form of an elongated bar; two connection members securely connected with two ends of the coil spring member, opposite end faces of the two connection members being respectively formed with two axially extending sockets; and at least one elastic bar disposed in the coil spring member and axially extending through the coil spring member with two ends of the elastic bar respectively extending into the sockets of the connection members. The coil spring member is made of the spiral spring wire so that two ends of the coil spring member are naturally formed with threads, which can be directly screwed on the connection members without further mechanically processing. This simplifies the manufacturing process to lower the manufacturing cost.

The Bluetooth fingerprint device captures a fingerprint image, extracts the minutiae data from the fingerprint image, and sends the minutiae data to the application device. The application device transmits the minutiae data and a verification request to the application control device and the application control device transmits the minutiae data to the fingerprint identification server to perform the fingerprint identification process. The fingerprint identification server sends a verification result on which the application control device depends to accept or refuse the verification request from the application device. As a result, the speed of the user's identification process can be increased by using the Bluetooth fingerprint device to derive the minutiae data.
