  • Patent number: 12387883
Abstract: An industrial switching device prevents a false indication of an open electrical circuit when contacts within the switching device are welded shut. Under normal operation, an actuator is selectively moved between a first position and a second position to reciprocally move a plunger to open and close the contacts. The actuator includes an indicator of whether the switching device is in the “ON” or “OFF” state. When the contacts are welded shut, a plunger engagement section interlocks with an actuator engagement section to prevent the actuator from moving from the “ON” position to the “OFF” position. A crossbar on the plunger engagement section embeds in the actuator engagement section to prevent the actuator from sliding over the plunger. A side member on the plunger engagement section prevents the actuator from sliding around the plunger.

  • Patent number: 12389052
Abstract: New systems and methods allow for transmission of multiple types of content protocols over a unidirectional content delivery network, such as a television broadcast. Hardware and/or software used at the network transmission location (such as a television broadcast station) and hardware and/or software located at an endpoint (such as a home television, car infotainment system, or first responder location) allow for a native ATSC 1.0 signal to have embedded within it additional content that is not encoded as ATSC 1.0 content. The non-ATSC 1.0 content can be detected and segregated from ATSC 1.0 content so that the endpoint devices (such as a television receiver) will not attempt to render the non-ATSC 1.0 content (such as, e.g., ATSC 3.0 content or application specific content) as normal ATSC 1.0 programming. Instead, the non-ATSC 1.

  • Patent number: 12388451
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods related to frequency converter arrangements are provided. For example, a frequency converter arrangement converts a first signal centered at a first frequency to a second signal centered at a second frequency different from the first frequency. The frequency converter arrangement includes local oscillator (LO) circuitry and in-phase, quadrature-phase (IQ) mixer circuitry coupled to the LO circuitry. The LO circuitry includes duty cycle correction circuitry to adjust a duty cycle of a pair of input clock signals. The duty cycle correction circuitry includes coarse tuning circuitry responsive to a digital calibration code, and analog tuning loop circuitry. The LO circuitry further includes quadrature divider circuitry coupled to an output of the duty cycle correction circuitry, where the quadrature divider circuitry generates an in-phase LO signal and a quadrature-phase LO signal from a pair of output clock signals at outputs of the duty cycle correction circuitry.

  • Patent number: 12388488
Abstract: An automotive Ethernet physical-layer (PHY) transceiver includes an Analog Front End (AFE) and a digital processor. The AFE is coupled via a full-duplex Ethernet link to a peer transceiver. The AFE is configured to receive from the peer transceiver, over the full-duplex Ethernet link, an analog Ethernet signal conveying data symbols, at a reception data rate that is lower than a transmission data rate used in transmitting data from the PHY transceiver to the peer transceiver, the Ethernet signal being modulated by a spreading sequence having a Spreading Factor including a ratio between a spreading chip-rate and the reception data rate, and to convert the received analog Ethernet signal into a digital signal. The digital processor is configured to de-spread the digital signal using the spreading sequence to recover the data symbols.

  • Patent number: 12383836
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a personalized agent service that generates and evolves customized agents that can be instantiated in-game to play with users. Machine learning models are trained to control the agent's interactions with the game environment and the user during gameplay. A user may request that a personalized agent join the user's gameplay session. The user device sends a request for the personalized agent to a game platform. The game platform determines whether the user has a license to execute a second instance of the game. When the user has a license to execute a second instance of the game, the second instance of the game may be executed on the user device. Information received from a personalized agent service is used to instantiate a personalized agent in the second instance of the game.
