The core layer comprises a molding compound encapsulating a die or a plurality of dies, a dielectric layer on the surfaces of the molding compound, and a conductive layer on top of the dielectric layer. A through hole is formed through the dielectric layer and the molding compound, which may be filled with a metal plate. A laser via is formed similarly. Build-up layers may be assembled next to the core layer to form the substrate, which can be used to package dies.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an adeno-associated virus with site-directed mutagenesis and site-specific modification, and a preparation method and uses thereof. Specifically, the present invention uses genetic code expansion techniques to incorporate non-natural amino acid into an adeno-associated virus capsid protein VP1 or fragment thereof, thereby obtaining an adeno-associated virus with site-directed mutagenesis using the non-natural amino acid. The adeno-associated virus with site-directed mutagenesis is equivalent to a wild-type virus in terms of production, transduction and mobility, can couple with other functional molecules, such as targeting molecules, and can carry a functional gene in a normal manner, which indicates that the adeno-associated virus with site-directed mutagenesis can be used as a tool adeno-associated virus, and applied in various aspects associated with adeno-associated virus such as finding adeno-associated virus binding proteins or using as target genetic therapy vector.

    Abstract: A method and structure for providing conformal doping of FinFET fin structures, for example by way of a thermal treatment process, includes forming a gate stack at least partially over a fin extending from a substrate. In various embodiments, a barrier metal layer is deposited over the gate stack. By way of example, a thermal fluorine treatment is performed, where the thermal fluorine treatment forms a fluorinated layer within the barrier metal layer, and where the fluorinated layer includes a plurality of fluorine atoms. In some embodiments, after forming the fluorinated layer, an anneal is performed to drive at least some of the plurality of fluorine atoms into the gate stack (e.g., into the interfacial layer and the high-K dielectric layer), thereby conformally doping the gate stack with the at least some of the plurality of fluorine atoms.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a carbon-coated ternary positive electrode material has steps of preparing a ternary positive electrode material precursor, and preparing a suspension of the ternary positive electrode material precursor. Lithium acrylate is added to the suspension of the ternary positive electrode material precursor according to the molar ratio of Li:(Ni+Co+Mn) being 1.03-1.05:1. Ammonium persulphate is added to the lithium acrylate-containing suspension of the ternary positive electrode material precursor, so that the lithium acrylate undergoes a polymerisation reaction and a suspension of a lithium polyacrylate-coated ternary positive electrode material precursor is obtained. The suspension of the lithium polyacrylate-coated ternary positive electrode material precursor is dried to obtain spherical particles. The lithium polyacrylate-coated ternary positive electrode material precursor particles are sintered to obtain a carbon-coated ternary positive electrode material.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a system, method, and computer program for encoding and decoding a unique signature for a user in a video file, wherein the digital signature is substantially invisible to the viewer of the video, easy to detect during the coding process, does not require specialized equipment for playback of the video, and is resilient to transcoding, video editing, and high compression encoding. A numeric digital signature is converted into a binary number. The binary number is then divided into sequences, where sequence includes a subset of data bits from the binary number. Each sequence is also associated with a sequence ID that enables the data bits in the sequence to be later combined in the correct order to recreate the binary number. A watermark is created for each of the sequences and embedded within suitable areas of a color channel.
