    Abstract: This application provides a light source module, an optical communications board, and an optical communications system. The light source module includes a light source emission module configured to emit a laser and a housing configured to protect the light source emission module. The light source emission module is connected to a first connector and a second connector, the first connector is an optical signal connector, and the second connector is an electrical signal connector. When the first connector and the second connector are specifically disposed, the first connector and the second connector are located on a same side of the housing. In addition, both the first connector and the second connector are pluggable connectors. When being connected to a backplane, the first connector and the second connector may be separately connected to a board body in a pluggable manner.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a latitude-free initial alignment method under a swaying base based on gradient descent optimization. Firstly, swaying base latitude-free alignment is regarded as a Wahba attitude determination problem to inhibit device noise interference, and an objective function is established based on a gravitational acceleration vector under an earth system; then an exact solution of the objective function is obtained through a gradient descent optimization method, and inertial system conversion quaternion estimation is achieved under the latitude-free condition; and finally, an attitude quaternion is determined by only using information of an accelerometer and a gyroscope of a strapdown attitude heading reference system, and therefore latitude-free initial alignment under the swaying base is achieved.

By utilizing the smallest image patch available, processing demands of the testing system are minimized. However, the image patch used to identify a portion of an AUT must be identifiable to the automated system. By selecting image patches that comprise the smallest size, but can be identified in an AUT by an automated system using machine vision, even as the AUT display is resized, reproportioned, noisy, or otherwise altered from the testing platform that was utilized for training.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a genetically engineered strain for producing porcine myoglobin and fermentation and purification thereof, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. The disclosure realizes efficient secretion and expression of porcine myoglobin by integrating the gene of porcine myoglobin in P. pastoris. On this basis, optimization of the medium and culture conditions of recombinant P. pastoris can significantly increase the titer of porcine myoglobin, so that the titer can reach 285.42 mg/L under fermenter conditions. In addition, by creatively adding different concentrations of ammonium sulfate to fermentation broth step by step, the purity of myoglobin obtained by final concentration is up to 88.0%, and the purification rate is up to 66.1%.
