    Abstract: An analog to digital convertor (ADC) includes a plurality of comparators one of which is referred to as an auxiliary comparator (e.g., comparator “Aux”). This comparator Aux is calibrated in the background while other comparators function as usual. Once having been calibrated, the comparator Aux replaces a first comparator, which becomes a new comparator Aux, is calibrated, and replaces the second comparator. This second comparator becomes the new comparator Aux, is calibrated, and replaces the third comparator, etc., until all comparators are calibrated. In effect, at any one point in time, a comparator may be calibrated as desire while other comparators and thus the ADC are operating as usual.

A front member is attached to the mounting device. A second member is attached to the roller. A plurality of ballast members are attached to the front member. Each ballast member has a portion that extends to the second member to engage the second member to cause the front member to form substantially parallel folds when the second member is wound about the roller to retract the front member to a retracted position. Preferably, the folds are similar to or exactly like the transverse folds in shade material that are formed when a conventional Roman shade is raised.

The fixing member is for fixing the tool body to a machine such as engines or transmissions of car models, ship models, airplane models, etc. The tool body further has a connection end on one end and a plurality of locking parts on the other end thereof. The connection end is to handle the bearing near a surface of the machine while the locking part is for handling the bearing in the machine. The handling tool is used depending on the condition and providing convenient assembling and disassembling. Moreover, the attaching and detaching of the bearing have no influence on the machine and with high industrial application value.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a multiplying digital-to-analog converter (MDAC) and its method. First ends of capacitors are electrically coupled to an inverting input node of an amplifier, wherein two of the capacitors are alternatively configured as a feedback capacitor. Each capacitor is composed of at least two sub-capacitors. Second ends of capacitors are electrically coupled to an input signal via a number of sampling switches, and the second ends of the capacitors are electrically coupled to DAC voltages respectively via a number of amplifying switches. A sorting circuit is configured to sort the sub-capacitors, wherein the sorted sub-capacitors are then paired in a manner such that variance of mismatch among the sub-capacitors is thus averaged.

The metal contact plug can serve as a buried gate metal bus line, and the metal contact plug can pass under the source metal layer and keeps the area of the source metal layer complete. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a lower gate input resistance without dividing the source metal layer, so the source metal layer can have a larger and complete area for the following packaging and bonding process.
