    Abstract: The present application relates to a chip packaging method including: fabricating an insulating band on a scribe line of a wafer, where a front surface of the wafer includes independent chip regions, and between any two adjacent chip regions, a depth of the insulating band is greater than a thickness of the chip region and less than a thickness of the wafer, and a width of the insulating band is less than or equal to a width of the scribe line; fabricating an insulating layer on an upper surface of the wafer; fabricating a plurality of holes on the insulating layer above each of the plurality of chip regions to expose each chip region; depositing a conductive material in the plurality of holes to form a plurality of bonding pads; and thinning a back surface of the wafer to obtain a packaged discrete chip for the each chip region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an anti-fuse, which includes at least one anti-fuse unit. The anti-fuse unit includes: a field-effect transistor, including a substrate, and a first doping region, a second doping region and a gate electrode that are disposed on the substrate; and a first electrode, arranged on the substrate and forming an anti-fuse capacitor with the substrate, the first electrode being connected to the first doping region, and configured to break down the anti-fuse capacitor by voltage adjustment between the second doping region and the substrate and write data to the anti-fuse unit, or configured to detect a current flowing through the second doping region by voltage adjustment for the gate electrode and determine whether to write data to the anti-fuse unit. By using the first electrode and the substrate as a pair of plates of the anti-fuse capacitor, a port of the anti-fuse unit may be omitted.

    Abstract: A scanning probe microscope of the present disclosure includes: a room-temperature bore superconducting magnet including a liquid helium-consumption free closed-cycle cooling system, a superconducting magnet, and a chamber having a room-temperature bore; and a scanning probe microscope including a scanning head, a vacuum chamber, and a vibration isolation platform; and a computer control system. The room-temperature bore superconducting magnet is cooled by the cryogen-free closed-cycle cooling system which eliminates the dependence on liquid helium for high magnetic field operation. There is no physical contact between the scanning probe microscope and the superconducting magnet connected to the closed-cycle cooling system. The scanning probe microscope can achieve atomic-scale spatial resolution. The temperature of the scanning probe microscope is not restricted by the low temperature conditions for operation of the superconducting magnet.

The latching tongue portion is used to be connected to the door body. The latching tongue portion comprises a barb and a fixed plate for connecting the barb to the sealing air chamber portion. The sealing air chamber portion is connected to the fixed plate through a connection portion, and a gap is formed between the sealing air chamber portion and the fixed plate. Several through holes are provided on the fixed plate at a position between the barb and the connection portion. The through holes are arranged on the fixed plate without affecting the appearance. When the door body is closed, the through holes are pressed and blocked by the sealing air chamber portion without affecting the sealing.

The system according to some embodiments of the present disclosure includes: a closed-cycle cryogenic cooling system, a liquid helium recondensation cooling and vibration isolation system, and a temperature feedback control system. The present invention utilizes a closed-cycle cryogenic cooling system and may achieve low temperatures as low as 4.2 K and may consume substantially no helium gas or liquid helium. Using the cooling and vibration isolation system, liquid helium is generated and maintained through recondensation of helium gas. Not only does the technology effectively isolate the low-frequency vibrations produced by the closed-cycle cryogenic cooling system during operation, but it also resolves the issue of large fluctuations in the resulting temperature of the closed-cycle cryogenic cooling system.
