  • Patent number: 10485628
Abstract: A delivery system package includes a tray, a delivery system, and a slip card between the tray and the delivery system. To remove the delivery system, a pull tab of the slip card is moved to raise the slip card including the delivery system from the tray. At the same time, this moves the slip card over a lid sealing flange of the tray, considered a non-sterile surface in accordance one embodiment. Accordingly, the slip card extends over the lid sealing flange preventing contact between the delivery system and the lid sealing flange. In addition, the slip card effectively forms a ramp for sterile removal of the delivery system from the tray.

  • Patent number: 10433927
Abstract: A packaging assembly comprising an outer tray and a lid coupled to the outer tray. The lid and the outer tray define a sterile cavity therein. The packaging assembly further includes an inner tray housing a delivery system within the sterile cavity. The outer tray includes a proximal portion, a distal portion, and a hinged portion coupling the proximal portion to the distal portion. To aseptically present the inner tray for removal from the outer tray, the lid is partially or completely removed. The proximal portion is then bent downward to expose the inner tray for removal.

  • Patent number: 10401272
Abstract: Apparatus for the measurement of a fluid property is shown generally at (10). The apparatus is typically suitable for the measurement of a property of a fluid (not shown) such as its viscosity, and comprises a tube (12) for the through-flow of fluid to be measured, a torsion bar (14), a magnetic drive coil (16) and a magnetic pick-up coil (18). The tube (12) is mounted within a casing (20), shown in cutaway. An inertial frame (22) is secured to the casing via isolators (not shown). The tube (12) has a web portion (24) supporting inertial masses (26) connected to, and radially spaced from, the tube (12). The tube is connected at each end to pipe fittings (28) via end flanges (30) and seals (32). The single tube (12) has been selectively machined to produce areas (12a) of low compliance which effectively form springs. The torsion bar (14) is of relatively low inertia and is fixed at the midpoint of the length of the tube (12).

  • Publication number: 20190247137
Abstract: In some examples, a medical device package may include a backing card that is configured to secure a medical device to a major surface of the backing card. The backing card is configured to be assembled from an open state into a closed state in which flaps on one or more ends of a central region of the backing card move over some of the central region and cover some of the secured medical device. The closed state defines a reduced footprint relative to the unfolded state. The backing card may be sealed in a pouch, which may then be housed in a carton. The carton includes exterior walls that enclose the sealed backing card and spacing elements that receive the sealed backing card at a relative location within the carton and holds the backing card a threshold distance from the exterior walls of the carton.

  • Publication number: 20190188278
Abstract: Methods, apparatus and computer program product for improving data indexing in a group-based communication platform are described herein. The group-based communication platform having a computed collection and one or more live collections. The computer-implemented method includes generating a new collection, the new collection being generated at a snapshot time point; associating a collection manager with the new collection; retrieving a plurality of electronic messages from the computed collection and the one or more live collections; writing the plurality of electronic messages to the new collection, the writing being completed at a cut-over time point; synchronizing the new collection with the one or more live collections based on the plurality of electronic messages; and redirecting the read alias and the write alias from the computed collection to the new collection.
