Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for inserting payment information into payment forms without user interaction. A system can identify that a user has navigated to a web page operated by a merchant computer system for a merchant and identify a payment form within the web page. The system can then execute a payment request API which generates a query for saved payment credentials for the user from the merchant computer system. When the merchant computer system indicates it does not have the saved payment credentials for the user, the system can identify browser-saved payment credentials stored in the Internet browser, then generate a virtual payment information associated with the browser-saved payment credentials. The virtual payment information can then be inserted into corresponding fields of the payment form without the user entering any additional information.

Abstract: In some implementations, a user device may obtain an input stream, wherein the input stream is obtained via a virtual keyboard provided by the user device. The user device may process the input stream to determine that the input stream includes particular information. The user device may cause, based on determining that the input stream includes the particular information, one or more security parameters associated with an account of a user of the user device to be modified.

Abstract: In a method for transferring payment account information, a payment information transfer request is received from an account holder device associated with a first provider account. A list of payees to which electronic payments have been made from the first provider account is transmitted to the account holder device for display to the account holder and a user selection of at least one selected payee from the list of one or more payees is received from the account holder device. A payment account information data file is assembled in a predetermined data format, the file including payment account information for each selected payee. The payment account information data file is then transmitted to at least one of the set consisting of the account holder device and an information processing system of a second account provider.

Abstract: Systems and computer-implemented methods disclosed herein relate to detecting errors in manually entered data. In one embodiment, the system can identify a named entity automatically from a conversation between a customer and service agent with a named entity recognition model that employs natural language processing and machine learning to detect a word or string of words in the conversation that corresponds to a named entity category. In another embodiment, the system can determine whether data entered into a field on a service platform by the service agent includes an error by comparing the data entered with the named entity. In another embodiment, the system can transmit an alert to the service agent through the service platform when there is a mismatch between the named entity and the data entered.

Abstract: Systems and methods of video password based user authentication via machine learning techniques are disclosed. In one embodiment, an exemplary computer-implemented method may comprise: receiving a request to register a video password from a first user; establishing at least one user-specific authentication criterion for the first user based on first video password data; receiving a login attempt from a second computing device associated with a second user who submits to be the first user, the login attempt comprising second video password data; utilizing a trained video password authentication machine learning model to determine a first comparison result and a second comparison result based on the first and second video password data, and accepting or rejecting the login attempt based on at least one of the first comparison result and the second comparison result.

Abstract: A biometric heartrate authentication system and method is disclosed that leverages heartrate information collected by heartrate tracking devices to build a heartrate profile for a client. The system further leverages location information collected by existing location information services to determine an activity profile for a client. The activity profile information may be used together with the heartrate profile to generate an expected heartrate range against which a cardholder heartrate may be compared for authentication purposes. Because client heartrate characteristics are generally unique, varying according to the unique activities being performed by the client at any point in time, the system and method thus provide a low cost, non-invasive method for reliably authenticating individuals and securing against fraudulent account accesses.

Abstract: Multifactor authentication techniques described herein may allow a user to submit a recent proof of purchase as a part of a multifactor authentication process to access an account associated with a financial institution. As part of the login process, the user may submit a proof of purchase associated with a transaction. The financial institution may determine information associated with the transaction, such as a merchant associated with the proof of purchase, a time of the transaction, the last four numbers of the transaction card used, a dollar amount, or any combination thereof. If the information matches one or more records in the transaction history of the user's account, the financial institution may authenticate the user and provide access to the account. In this way, the financial institution may leverage transaction history known to the financial institution and the user to authenticate the user.

Abstract: In some implementations, a device may receive, from a terminal, an indication of a first card credential associated with a card that was provided to the terminal to initiate a first interaction, where the card is associated with the multiple card credentials, including the first card credential. The device may determine that the first card credential is valid based on at least one of: the first card credential having not been previously used for another interaction associated with the card, or a first amount of time, from a first time indicated by a first timestamp associated with the first card credential to a reception time of the first card credential, satisfying a validity threshold. Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for protecting user data privacy in a privacy zone around a user and a computing device displaying user data. A device can include a camera configured to capture a sequence of images in a location, such as in a privacy zone comprising an area around the device and a user of the device. A memory can be coupled to the camera to store the sequence of images. A monitoring device can be configured to determine, based on the sequence of images, whether an object is found in the location. In response to finding an object, the monitoring device can generate a control signal to cause the device to take an action to protect the user data privacy in the location such as a privacy zone.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method for authenticating calls for a call center where the user can authenticate before or after starting a call to a call center using an application on a user device. The system determines what level of authentication is necessary depending on the task the user wants to accomplish during the call. The system may direct the user to provide credentials, such as a username and password, for some tasks. Other tasks may require the user to verify their financial card by taking a photo of their financial card or tapping their financial card to their device and allow the device to interact with the financial card using NFC technology. Once appropriately authenticated, the system then allows the user to make a call to the call center and also sends a signal to the call center that the user has been previously authenticated.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for inactivity-based prompting of task completion. For instance, a task related to an account may be identified as an incomplete task along with a task status related to the task as incomplete. The task and task status may be stored in a data store in association with an account identifier. In response to receiving a session inactivity indication for an account session established via an application executing on a user computing device, the data store may be queried using the account identifier to determine the task status for the task. The task status may be determined as remaining incomplete, and a notification indicating the incompletion may be generated. Additionally, a communication channel may be determined for transmission of the notification that increases a likelihood of notification engagement to prompt completion of the task. The notification may be transmitted via the communication channel.

Abstract: In a video capture system, a virtual lens is simulated when applying a crop or zoom effect to an input video. An input video frame is received from the input video that has a first field of view and an input lens distortion. A selection of a sub-frame representing a portion of the input video frame is obtained that has a second field of view smaller than the first field of view. The sub-frame is processed to remap the input lens distortion to a desired lens distortion in the sub-frame. The processed sub-frame is output.
