    Abstract: In an electric contact material of silver matrix capable of resisting arc erosion and containing no cadmium-composite, an Ag—(SnO2+In2O3) composite containing 9˜11% of (SnO2+In2O3) or an Ag—Cu oxide, composite containing 15˜25% of Cu oxide is used. The electrical contact material has a contact resistance of 5˜60 milliohms (mohm) and an arc erosion resistance capability up to 2*103˜10*103 times provided that the Vickers hardness (Hv) of the material is 100˜150, the measured current is 1˜5 amperes, and the measured voltage is 10˜20 volts. Two electrical contacts maintain an arc erosion resisting capability at the condition of a low contact resistance when the electrical contact material is formed on a surface of a metal substrate of an electric connector.

    Abstract: A method of forming an interconnect structure that may reduce or eliminate stress induced voids is provided. In an embodiment, a via is formed below a conductive line to provide an electrical connection to an underlying conductive region. The conductive line includes a widened region above the via. The widened region serves to reduce or eliminate stress induced voids between the via and the underlying conductive region. In another embodiment, one or more redundant lines are formed extending from a conductive region, such as a contact pad, such that the redundant line does not electrically couple the conductive region to an underlying conductive region. In a preferred embodiment, the redundant lines extend from a conductive region on a side adjacent to a side having a conductive line coupled to a via.

A part of the material layer is removed when the portion of the material layer between the second patterned mask layer and the semiconductor substrate is maintained so as to form a second trench. Lastly, an etching process is performed by using the first patterned mask layer and the second patterned mask layer as a mask.

One frame of video data is recorded in one element of a storage buffer and the element has an index. The NVR further sets a starting location and an end location that coincides with the index of a frame of video data in the storage buffer. If the NVR receives a frame and not enough space of the storage buffer, the NVR adjusts the starting location of the storage buffer by one element, and adjusts the starting location of the file to the starting location of the frame in the storage buffer. If enough space is and the frame is the Intra-frame, the NVR adjusts the end location of the file by one frame, and adjusts the end location of the storage buffer by one element.
