    Abstract: A voltage converting circuit including a power stage, a filter, a comparator, a first and a second feedback units. The power stage receives an input voltage and outputs the input voltage according to a duty cycle. The filter receives the input voltage to convert the input voltage into a current, and filters the current to obtain an output voltage. The first feedback unit amplifies a difference between a reference voltage and the output voltage to obtain an error voltage. The second feedback unit calculates the quadratic differential and integration of the output voltage to obtain a sensing voltage. The comparator compares the error voltage and the sensing voltage, and outputs a comparing result to adjust a duty ratio. Herein, a ripple of the output voltage is linearly proportional to that of the current, and DC divided voltage level of the output voltage is substantially equal to the reference voltage.

    Abstract: A test structure includes a time dependent dielectric breakdown (TDDB) test pattern formed in a dielectric material on a wafer. The test pattern includes first and second conductive lines formed in the dielectric material. The second conductive line is adjacent to the first conductive line. The first conductive line and the second conductive line are separated by a first minimum distance at a first portion of the TDDB test pattern. The first conductive line and the second conductive line are separated by a second minimum distance at a second portion of the TDDB test pattern. The second minimum distance is greater than the first minimum distance. The second portion is different than the first portion. It also may have a third different portion with a third larger minimum distance between the first and second conductive lines. The TDDB test pattern may have a comb-comb or a comb-serpent structure, for example.

The distal end of the telescopic tube assembly is connected to the connecting piece. With the above arrangement, each screw rod is interchangeable and the cost can be reduced.
