The apparatus still includes a distance detector that is configured to detect a distance between the pressure film sensor and the needles. In addition, the apparatus includes an adjustment driver that is configured to adjust the probe card based on the detected contact force of the pressure film sensor.

    Abstract: Coupled-cavity vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSELs) are provided by the present disclosure. The coupled-cavity VCSEL can comprise a VCSEL having a first mirror, a gain medium disposed above the first mirror, and a second mirror disposed above the gain medium, wherein a first cavity is formed by the first mirror and the second mirror. A second cavity is optically coupled to the VCSEL and configured to reflect light emitted from the VCSEL back into the first cavity of the VCSEL. In some embodiments, the second cavity can be an external cavity optically coupled to the VCSEL through a coupling component. In some embodiments, the second cavity can be integrated with the VCSEL to form a monolithic coupled-cavity VCSEL. A feedback circuit can control operation of the coupled-cavity VCSEL so the output comprises a target high frequency signal.

A virtual object is created based on the user information. The virtual object representing the user is displayed on a displaying mechanism. The virtual object is trained to move and perform rehabilitation actions. Actions and movements performed by the user are collected while the rehabilitation actions are displayed. The copycat actions of the user are compared with the rehabilitation actions and the user is assisted to correctly copy the rehabilitation actions based on the comparison. The user can undergo physiotherapy at home without a physiotherapist being present. A VR rehabilitation system and a VR rehabilitation apparatus applying the method are also provided in addition to the physical apparatus.
