    Abstract: Disclosed are a processing apparatus, a corrugated plate, and a storage container. The processing apparatus includes a pair of slide plates, a pair of press plates, a shaping block, and a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a slide plate driving portion linked to a shaping block driving portion, allowing the slide plate driving portion drives the pair of slide plates to approach each other at a first predetermined speed, the shaping block driving portion moves the shaping block downward at a second predetermined speed, and the first and second predetermined speed are specifically correlated with respect to a predetermined forming profile of an intersection portion. The processing apparatus of the present disclosure causes running speeds of various portions that move in different directions to extrude a blank plate to be specifically associated, so that the formation process is particularly applicable to a corrugated plate having the predetermined corrugated shape.

    Abstract: A method for preparing heat-conductive cement slurry for well cementation includes the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing sodium 1-butanesulfonate, sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate and polyvinylpyrrolidone to obtain an admixture; S2, dissolving the admixture in deionized water and stirring to obtain a dispersant solution; S3, adding graphite to the dispersant solution and stirring to obtain a graphite dispersion; S4, stirring cement and deionized water in a slurry cup to obtain cement slurry; and S5, mixing and stirring the graphite dispersion and the cement slurry to obtain the heat-conductive cement slurry. The heat-conductive cement slurry can effectively improve the heat conductivity coefficient of set cement, and significantly improve the heat conductivity of the set cement, and has a broad market application prospect.

    Abstract: Provided are a highly specific Taq DNA polymerase variant and the use thereof in genome editing and gene mutation detection. All polar amino acids, directly interacting with a primer/template complex, on a Taq enzyme are selected to be mutated one by one to obtain 40 Taq variants, and extensive random mutagenesis is performed on the basis of the sequences of the variants and the sequences of wild type Taq enzymes to create a Taq mutant library. Then, a series of Taq mutants with a high specificity are screened on a qPCR screening system by means of taking a genome editing indels plasmid as a template, wherein the Taq mutants exhibit great advantages in CRISPR/Cas9 editing efficiency evaluation and single-cell cloning genotyping.

    Abstract: Techniques are provided to synchronize a remote power switch at a power receiver end of a power cable with a first power switch operation at a power source end of the cable, without any physical or data communication means for synchronization. This process may involve synchronization of a MOSFET-type switch with voltage pulsing at the power source cable end to a MOSFET-type isolation switch at the power receiver cable end to provide (voltage or load) power during the On-time and safety testing for a shock hazard during the Off-time. This method synchronizes switching pulses by sensing and synchronizing on the cable switching voltage transients from the source side. This method also involves blanking the additional switching voltage transients on the cable generated after the synchronized switching begins to maintain proper synchronization. These techniques may be used for a single-pair pulse power cable or with multi-pair multi-phase pulse power cables.
