  • Patent number: 11790112
Abstract: In an embodiment, a computing system, such as a monitoring computer, receives a request from a user to monitor an account of the user with an online service provider. The request may include personal information and user preferences for one or more protective actions. The system periodically monitors external data sources for indications of changes to personal information associated with the account, and detects changes or attempted changes to personal information associated with the account. The system may determine risk levels associated with detected changes or attempted changes, and transmit a notification to the user via a communication channel selected based on the determined risk level and/or the user preferences. The system may also initiate protective actions, so that further unauthorized access to the account may be prevented.

  • Patent number: 11749411
Abstract: A system for modeling the evolution of a system over time using an advection-based process is provided. The system continuously evolves a probability density function (“PDF”) for a characteristic of a characteristic of the state of the system and its time-varying parameters. The PDF is evolved based on advection by solving an advection partial differential equation that is based on a system model of the system. The system model has time-varying parameters for modeling the characteristic of the state of the system. The system uses the continuously evolving PDF to make predictions about the characteristic of the state of the system.

  • Publication number: 20230226404
Abstract: The invention provides an omnidirectional treadmill system that uses an inner core which is inflated within a tread membrane. On the outside surface of the inflated inner core are ball casters which push outward against the interior of the membrane, resulting in a low friction barrier between the inner core and the inside surface of the tread membrane. The tread membrane rests on a sphere directly below the user in the center of the device. When the sphere is rotated it drives the tread around the stationary inner core. The sphere rotation is accomplished using a holonomic drive system such as motorized omni wheels. The device uses an enclosure which encircles the tread area. The enclosure serves two purposes: to enhance safety of the user and to provide a surface for image projection to the user in virtual reality applications.
