Abstract: A semiconductor device for use in a relatively high voltage application that comprises a substrate, a first n-type well region in the substrate to serve as a high voltage n-well (HVNW) for the semiconductor device, a pair of second n-type well regions in the first n-type well region, a p-type region in the first n-type well region between the second n-type well regions, a pair of conductive regions on the substrate between the second n-type well regions, and a number of n-type regions to serve as n-type buried layers (NBLs) for the semiconductor device, wherein the NBLs are located below the first n-type region and dispersed in the substrate.

Abstract: A composite strainer pot has a base, a container mounted on the base, a connecting dish combining the base and the container, a filter assembly mounted in the container and a valve assembly mounted between the base and the container. The container that is usually filled with hot water can be made with glass to maintain the quality and the lifespan. The base that is placed on a table or the like can be made with plastic to reduce the cost and is not easily damaged. Therefore, the strainer pot is durable and has a prolonged useful life.

Abstract: The present invention provides a gas distribution module, which is capable of directing a plurality of different gases and rendering the gases to be diffused evenly by the turning channels disposed within the module so that the gases can be distributed uniformly within the gas distribution module and thereby being delivered onto a substrate evenly. In addition, the present further provides a gas distribution scanning apparatus, which has a displacement driving unit coupled to the gas distribution module or a carrier supporting the substrate so that the gases can be delivered uniformly onto the substrate by means of the linear movement of the gas distribution module or the carrier.

Abstract: An assembly structure of a rigid body and an elastic body is provided. The rigid body made of glass or ceramics has a chamber and an opening exposing the chamber. The elastic body made of plastics has an indentation and a through hole inside the indentation. The assembly structure further contains an interface element attached to a bottom side of the chamber and has an extension element corresponding to the opening of the chamber. The interconnection between the rigid and elastic bodies is achieved by joining the extension element with the indentation so that the rigid and elastic bodies could be easily put together and separated. The advantages of the rigid body such as robust to deformation and fine surface finish are thereby combined with the advantages of the elastic body such as easy shaping and assembly.

Abstract: A gravity driven valve switch includes an acted component, which defines an internal receiving space having a bottom forming a through hole; an acting component, which is received in the acted component; and a driving component, which is arranged below the acted component in a movable manner and forms at least one through hole. The acting component forms a coupling portion and the driving component forms a connection section that is received through the through hole of the acted component whereby the coupling portion and the connection section are engageable with each other to allow for easy coupling and separation of the acting component and the driving component and whereby the driving component provides a weight that, together with a gravitational force acting on the acting component, drives the acting component downward to precisely and tightly seal the through hole of the acted component.

Abstract: A memory card with electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The memory card includes a circuit board, a set of contacts, at least one chip and an ESD protection path. The signal paths of the board is not exposed at the edge of the circuit board. The ESD protection path for transmitting ESD current is disposed on the circuit board. Furthermore, a part of the ESD protection path extends to the edge of the circuit board.

Abstract: Calcium peroxyphosphate compounds and dental compositions comprising these compounds that combine both whitening/stain removal of teeth with remineralization are disclosed. The calcium peroxyphosphate compounds are capable of releasing, in an aqueous environment, whitening and remineralization effective amounts of calcium ion, phosphate ion, and active oxygen. Preferred compounds are calcium peroxymonophosphate or calcium diperoxymonophosphate compounds. These compounds may be used in humans and other animals, including other mammals.

Abstract: A radiator has a main heat sink and at least one secondary heat sink. The main heat sink has a heat conductor and multiple longitudinal fins. The heat conductor is formed from two mounting panels being connected along connecting beams being wider than the panel so forming a mounting space and having multiple conducting posts being formed on and protruding from the connecting beams and at least one trough formed in one mounting panel. The longitudinal fins are mounted on the conducting posts to dissipate heat. The secondary heat sink has a conducting bar mounted in and protruding from the trough with multiple transverse fins mounted on the connecting bar. A computer memory is mounted in the mounting space for improved efficacy.

Abstract: The present invention provides a hollow cathode discharging apparatus including a hollow anode electrode, a hollow cathode electrode insulatedly fixed in the hollow anode electrode, a gas distribution pipe fixed in the hollow cathode electrode. The hollow anode electrode and the hollow cathode electrode are formed with anode openings and cathode openings respectively. Defined by the gas distribution pipe and the hollow cathode electrode and along the axis thereof is a spiral pathway winding through the cathode openings, so as to form a plurality of continuous and communicated reaction chambers. The gas distribution pipe is disposed with gas separation apertures communicated and adapted to introduce a reactive gas into the reaction chambers. The communicated reaction chambers enable uniform distribution of the reactive gas and thereby facilitate scale-up of the apparatus in axial. Accordingly, the present invention overcomes drawbacks of the prior art.

Abstract: A peeling apparatus includes a peel body and a ceramic blade unit. The peel body has a handgrip part and two carrier arms extending from a distal end of the handgrip part. The ceramic blade unit has two opposite sides connected pivotally to the carrier arms, an inner cutting edge and an outer blunt edge extending between the opposite sides so as to expose the outer blunt edge to an exterior thereof. The inner cutting edge is used for peeling an external surface of fruit and vegetable, and the outer blunt edge is easy shoveled off waste resulted from peeling operation of the inner cutting edge.

Abstract: A susceptor positioning and supporting device of a vacuum apparatus for carrying and elevating a substrate in a vacuum apparatus chamber is provided. The device has a lateral positioning and supporting mechanism to perform clamping and positioning at a side of a susceptor, preventing the susceptor from slanting inside the vacuum apparatus chamber. The lateral positioning and supporting mechanism and the susceptor thereby forms a closed beam support mechanism capable of reducing load suspension deformation at the ends of the large susceptor. The device improves planarity of the large susceptor and the substrate, and in turn improves uniformity of a thin film deposited on the substrate.

The method comprises: providing a first substrate; disposing a first chip on the first substrate; disposing a second chip and at least one second substrate on the first chip, wherein the second substrate is electrically connected to the first chip; bonding at least one first connecting wire connected between the second chip and the second substrate; bonding at least one second connecting wire connected between the first substrate and the second substrate; and forming a package body on the first substrate to encapsulate the first chip, the second chip, the second substrate, the first connecting wire and the second connecting wire.
