    Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) comprising an enhanced passivation scheme for pad openings and trenches is provided. In some embodiments, an interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer covers a substrate and at least partially defines a trench. The trench extends through the ILD layer from a top of the ILD layer to the substrate. A conductive pad overlies the ILD layer. A first passivation layer overlies the ILD layer and the conductive pad, and further defines a pad opening overlying the conductive pad. A second passivation layer overlies the ILD layer, the conductive pad, and the first passivation layer, and further lines sidewalls of the first passivation layer in the pad opening and sidewalls of the ILD layer in the trench. Further, the second passivation layer has a low permeability for moisture or vapor relative to the ILD layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a stress-resistant, creep-resistant, high-temperature resistant and high-insulation sheath material for a maglev train cable, and a manufacturing method and use thereof. A multiple chemical crosslinking structure is constructed by blending a functional polyvinylsilicone grease with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and a ceramicized silicone rubber as a cable material matrix and using electron beam irradiation. In addition, organic/inorganic fillers in the matrix can form physical crosslinking points in the material. A physical-chemical dual crosslinking structure is constructed in the matrix, which can limit the motion and relaxation of molecular chains and improve the interaction between the insulation layer and sheath layer and refractory layers such as fillers and mica tapes to avoid the relative displacement during the laying and operation and improve the high-temperature resistance, creep resistance and stress relaxation resistance of a UHMWPE cable sheath material.

    Abstract: Aspects of the invention include techniques for intimacy-based masking of three dimensional (3D) face landmarks within a metaverse. A non-limiting example method includes determining a degree of intimacy R between a first user and a second user responsive to a first avatar of the first user being observed by a second avatar of the second user in a virtual environment. An initial set of M landmarks of a feature of the first avatar is determined and N landmarks are randomly selected from M for masking. The N landmarks are replaced with random noise sampled with a unit normal distribution to define a set of noised landmarks X that are then iteratively denoised to define a set of denoised landmarks D. A masked version of the first avatar is presented to the second user by modifying the feature of the first avatar with the set of denoised landmarks D.

    Abstract: A voltage detection device includes a voltage divider circuit, a comparator circuit and a switch control circuit. The voltage divider circuit operates in a first mode based on a switching signal and divides a power voltage to generate an input voltage. The comparator circuit compares the input voltage with a set of reference voltages to generate a detection signal. The switch control circuit selectively adjusts a switching signal according to the detection signal after a predetermined period has elapsed from power-on of the power voltage so as to control the voltage divider circuit to switch from operating in the first mode to operating in a second mode. The first mode corresponds to a first target level of the power voltage, the second mode corresponds to a second target level of the power voltage, and the first target level is higher than the second target level.

The method is to establish a relationship model of clock information and time delay between nodes with respect to a bounded random communication time delay scenario subject to arbitrary distribution, fully consider all clock information received by a node from a neighbor, build a clock parameter estimation model and a cost function based on a least squares principle, iteratively estimate relative clock skew by a sequential least squares method, and update logical clock parameters of nodes by a consensus-based clock synchronization method, so as to achieve global clock consistency of all nodes in a network in a completely distributed way.
