  • Publication number: 20220053708
Abstract: A drain shield for a plant container prevents compaction of soil, maintain drainage and provide for aeration of the roots of the plant. The drain shield comprises a unitary molded disk with a plurality of cube-like supports which are circumferentially spaced near the perimeter of the disk. The supports are positioned inward from the outer edge of the disk creating an eave around the perimeter of the disk that overhangs the supports. When the disk is placed on the bottom of a plant container, the supports form a series of uniform passages that lead to an unobstructed inner space under the disk. The side walls of the supports, as they relate to each other and to the center of the disk, are tapered in such a way that the passages between adjacent supports becomes larger toward the center of the disk. The underside of the disk, and to the inward side of the supports, is concave, forming a dome.

  • Patent number: 11245831
Abstract: A system for providing controls signals to a wireless remote camera comprises a signal generating device that presents forward and inverse polarity pulse trains. A transmitter data converter circuit has a forward polarity input point for receiving the inverse polarity pulse trains and an inverse polarity input point for receiving the forward polarity pulse trains, and converts the forward and inverse polarity pulse trains to a conditioned unitary pulse train. A modulator circuit modulates the conditioned unitary pulse train onto an RF carrier. A demodulator circuit demodulates the modulated output wave to produce a reproduction of the conditioned unitary pulse train. A receiver data converter circuit converts the conditioned unitary pulse train to conditioned forward polarity pulse trains and conditioned inverse polarity pulse trains. A camera control circuit produces control signals based on the conditioned forward and inverse polarity pulse trains. A wireless remote camera receives the control signals.

  • Publication number: 20220033186
Abstract: A system-directed single line pick batching is described. In an example implementation, the system may receive data describing a set of orders including SKU identifiers associated with items in the orders, identify an eligible cart, and assign a location to a task queue of the cart based on the location being associated with a particular SKU identifier. In some instances, the location or SKU identifier may be determined based on an order with a certain quantity of different SKU identifiers. In some instances, the system may navigate the cart to the location and instruct the item to be picked from the location. In response to completion of the pick of the item, the system may navigate the cart to an end point.

  • Patent number: 11202061
Abstract: Pointers are added to a 3D volumetric dataset to help the user visualize the direction of blood flow. A 3D volume containing at least one blood vessel is created. Next, the direction of the blood flow is determined. Next, at least pointer is placed into the 3D volume in an aligned fashion with the direction of blood flow such that the 3D volume is modified. Next, the modified 3D volume is displayed on a head display unit, such as an augmented reality or virtual reality display. Next, at least one pointer is advanced to a new position for additional modification of the 3D imaging volume.

  • Patent number: 11159763
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an image capture, curation, and editing system that includes a resource-efficient mobile image capture device that continuously captures images. In particular, the present disclosure provides low power frameworks for controlling image sensor mode in a mobile image capture device. On example low power frame work includes a scene analyzer that analyzes a scene depicted by a first image and, based at least in part on such analysis, causes an image sensor control signal to be provided to an image sensor to adjust at least one of the frame rate and the resolution of the image sensor.

  • Publication number: 20210321415
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for self-interference or cross-link interference measurements at a user equipment (UE). A UE may receive configuration information from a base station that indicates one or more slot format index (SFI) values that are compatible for cross-link interference or self-interference measurements. Based on the configured SFI(s), the UE may measure interference in multiple symbols, which may be used to estimate an amount of cross-link interference or self-interference, and the UE may transmit a measurement report to the base station. The base station, based on the measurement report, may identify one or more compatible SFIs, beam pairs, or combinations thereof, for subsequent communications with one or more UEs. The interference measurements may identify cross-link interference at the UE that results from transmissions of a different UE, or may identify self-interference of concurrent communications of multiple channels at a same UE.

  • Publication number: 20210290814
Abstract: A method, system, and apparatus of sterilizing or disinfecting a space or surface with UV light from a laser that produces UV or other light energy with germicidal effect, at least like UVGI. The light can be controlled in terms of power to be effective for germicidal effect on a given biological organism or agent. In cases where humans might be present and represent a risk of interaction with the laser, techniques are used to remove those risks. The laser can be directed to a single relatively small area, aimed to multiple areas, or scanned to cover larger areas. It allows either human operation at stand-off distances from the relevant spaces, volumes, areas, surfaces (e.g., at least inches and typically feet or tens of feet). It has an indefinite useful operation life.
