  • Publication number: 20210321415
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for self-interference or cross-link interference measurements at a user equipment (UE). A UE may receive configuration information from a base station that indicates one or more slot format index (SFI) values that are compatible for cross-link interference or self-interference measurements. Based on the configured SFI(s), the UE may measure interference in multiple symbols, which may be used to estimate an amount of cross-link interference or self-interference, and the UE may transmit a measurement report to the base station. The base station, based on the measurement report, may identify one or more compatible SFIs, beam pairs, or combinations thereof, for subsequent communications with one or more UEs. The interference measurements may identify cross-link interference at the UE that results from transmissions of a different UE, or may identify self-interference of concurrent communications of multiple channels at a same UE.

  • Publication number: 20210314479
Abstract: A system for providing controls signals to a wireless remote camera comprises a signal generating device that presents forward and inverse polarity pulse trains. A transmitter data converter circuit has a forward polarity input point for receiving the inverse polarity pulse trains and an inverse polarity input point for receiving the forward polarity pulse trains, and converts the forward and inverse polarity pulse trains to a conditioned unitary pulse train. A modulator circuit modulates the conditioned unitary pulse train onto an RF carrier. A demodulator circuit demodulates the modulated output wave to produce a reproduction of the conditioned unitary pulse train. A receiver data converter circuit converts the conditioned unitary pulse train to conditioned forward polarity pulse trains and conditioned inverse polarity pulse trains. A camera control circuit produces control signals based on the conditioned forward and inverse polarity pulse trains. A wireless remote camera receives the control signals.

  • Patent number: 11130048
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods including one or more code rings, each code ring comprising one or more sides on an outer surface and one or more code ring alignment indentations on an inner surface; and one or more inner combination rings, each inner combination ring comprising one or more inner combination ring alignment protrusions on an outer surface and a combination indentation on an inner surface; where each of the one or more code ring alignment indentations receive each of the one or more inner combination ring alignment protrusions, where each inner combination ring may be removable and rotatable relative to each code ring of the one or more code rings, and where the combination indentation may be proximate an unlocked side of each of the one or more code rings.

  • Publication number: 20210290814
Abstract: A method, system, and apparatus of sterilizing or disinfecting a space or surface with UV light from a laser that produces UV or other light energy with germicidal effect, at least like UVGI. The light can be controlled in terms of power to be effective for germicidal effect on a given biological organism or agent. In cases where humans might be present and represent a risk of interaction with the laser, techniques are used to remove those risks. The laser can be directed to a single relatively small area, aimed to multiple areas, or scanned to cover larger areas. It allows either human operation at stand-off distances from the relevant spaces, volumes, areas, surfaces (e.g., at least inches and typically feet or tens of feet). It has an indefinite useful operation life.

  • Publication number: 20210258133
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to an apparatus (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) configured to operate in a full-duplex mode. The apparatus may include at least one transmit chain configured to operate within a first frequency band and at least one receive chain configured to operate within a second frequency band. The apparatus may receive coordination information that is configured to mitigate the self-interference between the at least one transmit chain of the apparatus and the at least one receive chain of the apparatus. In some examples, the received coordination information includes at least one of subcarrier spacing coordination information, beam coordination information, or slot format index coordination information. In some examples, the apparatus may transmit a first signal while receiving a second signal based on at least the subcarrier spacing coordination information, the beam coordination information, or the slot format index coordination information to mitigate self-interference.

  • Publication number: 20210245956
Abstract: A system-directed robotic cart picking system is described. In an example implementation, the system may generate a picking itinerary including pick-to-cart routing based on locations of items in an order fulfillment center and received order data identifying the items, and may transport the carts in the order fulfillment center according to the pick-to-cart routing. The system may determine a zone of the order fulfillment center to which to assign a picker based on the picking itinerary and may determine tasks, such as picking at least one item from the locations to the carts, for the picker located in the zone. In some instances, the system may output pick instructions to a picker client device directing the picker to perform the tasks and may transport the carts to a defined point in the order fulfillment center in response to completion of the tasks.

  • Publication number: 20210205859
Abstract: Methods and systems for removing a gel from wellbore equipment. An example method includes introducing a cleaning fluid into the wellbore equipment comprising the gel disposed therein or thereon. The cleaning fluid includes a brine having a total dissolved solids concentration of between about 30K ppm to about 300K ppm. The method further includes contacting the gel with the cleaning fluid in the wellbore equipment, and removing the gel and the cleaning fluid from the wellbore equipment.

  • Publication number: 20210200738
Abstract: A database management engine provides a user interface that allows users to access and modify employee information in a database. The database includes entries for employees, and each database entry includes identifying information about the associated employee. A user can request to modify data within database entries, for instance in order to update information associated with an employee. Responsive to the request, the database management engine identifies liabilities associated with the database modification stemming from associated tax laws. Based on the identified tax liabilities, the engine computes the aggregate tax liability owed by the employer and/or employee. Before modifying a database entry, the engine modifies the user interface to include interface elements detailing the computed aggregate tax liability. The user explicitly can be required to confirm the database modification in view of the aggregate tax liability.
